3/24 - sunday
quick update. not sure if its my tan or what but i look a little different. leaner but larger. I am weighing in Monday and will be hitting mostly upper body DC. In the shower tonight, i noticed a thick vein running across my left calf muscle. wasnt there a month ago i can tell you that! im starting to see "new" veins in a lot of random places i have never seen before. most of them except for my calf are not really noticeable unless i have a pump. btw, jack3d micro is officially in my top 3 pre workouts. this is my second time using it and the results deliver every time. huge fan of the small scoop. i hate when a pre workout has a large scoop. too much dye or something...makes me sick.
i didnt even get sore from leg press windowmakers. gonna try to go heavier and see. im going as deep as i can, even do a 1-2 second pause to get that stretch in my hammy's

really good workout today. im -2 pounds since the start of the stack. I did a little more volume. just wanted to get more work in. did reverse grip tricep extension on the cable fly machine 3 sets all drop sets 12,10,8. did the same with machine flys. Ill have more to post tomorrow morning. gotta sleep

3/17 - Wednesday
Today was legs, biceps, forearms. KILLER workout. I used muscle marinade today to change it up and had a bad crash when i got home. ended up taking a 1 hr nap and was tired all evening. increased my squat 10 pounds as the chiro is allowing me. still very easy to do right now but they still kill b/c i go slow on the negative and go as low as i can. once i get into real weight i will go parallel. My body comp is seriously changing before my eyes. i didnt weigh in today, but i will on Friday. no changes in strength with arms, but im not really working for strength. getting the most out of every rep, perfect form...etc. mainly body comp stuff for now.

Yeah im even doing straight leg deads (only doing 145 right now, slowly adding) and its been ok. woke up last night with a little pain but put the heat pad on there and it was fine

Today was a killer workout. Didnt lift with my gf's sister. Lifted with my cousin who is competing in the next branch warren classic in Houston. Love training with him. He isnt on dc but we did a few of the same workouts. Also did a little more machine work at the end. Scale is +2 pounds from last weigh in so my weight is back at even. Its weird, my weight never fluctuates like this. Minimal strength gains so far. No crash on jack3d micro. MM just screwed me last time. May lower the dose next time I use it. Been getting in the hot tub more often. Finally did sumo deads today with 225. I know it isnt a lot but I dont wanna go all out on squats/deads yet. Stilk having back pain after I do those lifts. When I bend forward, my back feels the best. Straight or backwards is when it hurts. Still heating it every morning and night along with my neck. Trying to get a ct scan but the chiro feels there isnt a need...

with these supplements, my recovery seems to be improved quite a bit. it gets better and better each workout. thats why i wanted to add a little more volume to DC (although i know you shouldnt) but with this stack, why not. not alot more, just did a machine for chest and an extra machine for triceps. but my chest today, i am very very sore. i love it

yeah i just know the DC "experts" say never add anymore, DC is made this way for a reason but why not get the most out of the stack ya know? my body feels great. chest is still sore, but I will look to add more volume on everything except legs. i will stick with straight DC for that. i will only be adding one additional exercise for each body group. since im doing this, ill start to post numbers and if i have time, ill post previous numbers as well. even though im not logging them on here, i have them saved on my computer.

Actually, i totally forgot Monday is April 1st, which means its time for my routine to change in prep for my cut. Here is the layout
Bench – (Low rep) –
DB Incline –
Reverse Grip Bench – (Low Rep) –
Skull Crusher –
Squats (WM) –
Hammy Curl –
Calf Raises –
Abs/Cardio (swimming, jump rope..etc all HIIT)
T Bar Row (Heavy)
V Bar Seated Row
BB Curl (Heavy)
Single Hand Cable Reverse Grip -
for arms, my last exercise I will do either drop sets or super set it with something else that works the same muscle.
