Yesterday I did the following:
DB shoulder Press
Close grip bench
I am VERY sore this morning. Havent been this sore in a long time. Im going easy on my shoulders still, dont want anything to flare up so, along with deadlifts/squats, im slowly adding more weight. only did 65 on DB shoulder press. i could have done alot more but didnt want to push it. last time i only did 55. anyways, i have a few new findings with this stack
for review, i am taking Erase - 3 caps/day, Compound 20 - 4 caps/day , and Versa 1 - 1 cap/day. I started the c20 a few days ago. well yesterday, my libido was through the roof. so far its actually been fairly low. Its weird (i posted a thread about this a while ago), but when i take products, my libido starts high but then hits the floor. Also, starting to see "new" veins in my shoulder area. Focus is still great at the gym. still taking jack3d micro pre workout. Friday I am going to weigh in and hopefully get my bf% measured.
My girlfriends sister (Morgan) is steadily getting stronger! when we first started (4 weeks ago) she could only do 45 pounds on bench. Yesterday she did 75 DC with me. def liking the progress.

Have you considered that the rise and fall of your libido could be estrogen related? 3 caps of Erase may have initially caused a boost before dropping your estrogen further, along with your libido. Is the soreness you're experiencing in your joints?

Today sucked, but in a good way. Windowmaker leg press.... ohmy... totally killer. i usually do 12/8/4 RP with these but decided to give it a go. crazy hard. I can go heavy with these because it really doesnt involve my back since im seated on an incline. anyways, have any of you tried these before? am i being a girl complaining how hard these are or do you all agree?!

3/24 - sunday
quick update. not sure if its my tan or what but i look a little different. leaner but larger. I am weighing in Monday and will be hitting mostly upper body DC. In the shower tonight, i noticed a thick vein running across my left calf muscle. wasnt there a month ago i can tell you that! im starting to see "new" veins in a lot of random places i have never seen before. most of them except for my calf are not really noticeable unless i have a pump. btw, jack3d micro is officially in my top 3 pre workouts. this is my second time using it and the results deliver every time. huge fan of the small scoop. i hate when a pre workout has a large scoop. too much dye or something...makes me sick.
i didnt even get sore from leg press windowmakers. gonna try to go heavier and see. im going as deep as i can, even do a 1-2 second pause to get that stretch in my hammy's

really good workout today. im -2 pounds since the start of the stack. I did a little more volume. just wanted to get more work in. did reverse grip tricep extension on the cable fly machine 3 sets all drop sets 12,10,8. did the same with machine flys. Ill have more to post tomorrow morning. gotta sleep

3/17 - Wednesday
Today was legs, biceps, forearms. KILLER workout. I used muscle marinade today to change it up and had a bad crash when i got home. ended up taking a 1 hr nap and was tired all evening. increased my squat 10 pounds as the chiro is allowing me. still very easy to do right now but they still kill b/c i go slow on the negative and go as low as i can. once i get into real weight i will go parallel. My body comp is seriously changing before my eyes. i didnt weigh in today, but i will on Friday. no changes in strength with arms, but im not really working for strength. getting the most out of every rep, perfect form...etc. mainly body comp stuff for now.

Yeah im even doing straight leg deads (only doing 145 right now, slowly adding) and its been ok. woke up last night with a little pain but put the heat pad on there and it was fine
