really good workout today. im -2 pounds since the start of the stack. I did a little more volume. just wanted to get more work in. did reverse grip tricep extension on the cable fly machine 3 sets all drop sets 12,10,8. did the same with machine flys. Ill have more to post tomorrow morning. gotta sleep

3/17 - Wednesday
Today was legs, biceps, forearms. KILLER workout. I used muscle marinade today to change it up and had a bad crash when i got home. ended up taking a 1 hr nap and was tired all evening. increased my squat 10 pounds as the chiro is allowing me. still very easy to do right now but they still kill b/c i go slow on the negative and go as low as i can. once i get into real weight i will go parallel. My body comp is seriously changing before my eyes. i didnt weigh in today, but i will on Friday. no changes in strength with arms, but im not really working for strength. getting the most out of every rep, perfect form...etc. mainly body comp stuff for now.

Yeah im even doing straight leg deads (only doing 145 right now, slowly adding) and its been ok. woke up last night with a little pain but put the heat pad on there and it was fine

Today was a killer workout. Didnt lift with my gf's sister. Lifted with my cousin who is competing in the next branch warren classic in Houston. Love training with him. He isnt on dc but we did a few of the same workouts. Also did a little more machine work at the end. Scale is +2 pounds from last weigh in so my weight is back at even. Its weird, my weight never fluctuates like this. Minimal strength gains so far. No crash on jack3d micro. MM just screwed me last time. May lower the dose next time I use it. Been getting in the hot tub more often. Finally did sumo deads today with 225. I know it isnt a lot but I dont wanna go all out on squats/deads yet. Stilk having back pain after I do those lifts. When I bend forward, my back feels the best. Straight or backwards is when it hurts. Still heating it every morning and night along with my neck. Trying to get a ct scan but the chiro feels there isnt a need...

with these supplements, my recovery seems to be improved quite a bit. it gets better and better each workout. thats why i wanted to add a little more volume to DC (although i know you shouldnt) but with this stack, why not. not alot more, just did a machine for chest and an extra machine for triceps. but my chest today, i am very very sore. i love it

yeah i just know the DC "experts" say never add anymore, DC is made this way for a reason but why not get the most out of the stack ya know? my body feels great. chest is still sore, but I will look to add more volume on everything except legs. i will stick with straight DC for that. i will only be adding one additional exercise for each body group. since im doing this, ill start to post numbers and if i have time, ill post previous numbers as well. even though im not logging them on here, i have them saved on my computer.

Actually, i totally forgot Monday is April 1st, which means its time for my routine to change in prep for my cut. Here is the layout

Abs/Cardio (swimming, jump rope..etc all HIIT)
T Bar Row (Heavy)
V Bar Seated Row
BB Curl (Heavy)
Single Hand Cable Reverse Grip -
for arms, my last exercise I will do either drop sets or super set it with something else that works the same muscle.

ive gained 10 pounds of LMB my these supplements alone! haha april fools...
anyways, today was an awesome lift. my chest was still sore so i did back and triceps
T Bar Row (Machine, machine weight not included) - 115x6 , 125x4, 135x2
Seated V Bar Row - 180x12, 195x10, 200x8
Pull Ups (wide grip) - 3 sets 12,10,8 all body weight. i really need to buy a chain to hook up to my belt...
Reverse Grip Bench - 225x6 245x4 255x2
Tricep Rope Extension - 3 sets 12,10,8
Dips - Body weight 3 sets 12,10,8
Wednesday I will weigh in and will also weigh in on Friday. Energy has been great with jack3d micro. I kinda wanna try Muscle Marinade (1/4 scoop) then jack3d Micro 1/2 scoop and see what that does.

Solid workout man. Yeah, the energy/endurance from micro is top notch. I haven't tried combining it with another pre-workout...be careful with that. MM is pretty strong on its own.

I would just stick with one preworkout or the other. They were formulated the way they were for a reason, so mixing them is not necessarily better and could give unpredictable results. How much Jack3d micro™ have you been using? 1 scoop?

i understand the concerns but ive done this many times before. and it isnt a full serving for each one. closer to 1/2 and 1/2. i love the pumps from micro but love the stim from MM but hate the crash i get!
i feel a little larger and leaner. veins are showing in new places and just feel lean, especially in my arms.

totally forgot to jot down my numbers for my lifts but i can say what i did
also, weight hasnt changed at all. bummer. hopefully this means im losing fat and gaining muscle
did these DC. calf raises, hammy pulls, leg press
I forget what this is called (someone help!) but i do a front squat then once im back up, i shoulder press the bar. did 4 sets of those 10,6,4,2
3 sets front BB raises
3 sets lateral cable raises
3 sets reverse fly

sorry guys, been super busy. I will update my numbers later on tonight. had an awesome lift and got a little cardio in. Gonna weigh in monday. been eating like a champ and also look lean but not smaller in size. something i noticed today....
i have a few caps of Versa left but it seems like i have 1/3 of a bottle of compound 20 left...

Friday I did chest and biceps with some cardio after. had a great workout. micro is still the perfect stim for me right now. wanna give it a try without Versa 1. I wanna see if that "focus" really is Versa 1 or a placebo. I have a few days left of Versa so once i am out, I will take micro without it (obviously) and note any changes or the lack thereof.
1.) BB Bench - 245x6 250x4 255x2
2.) Incline Machine - 210x12 225x10 255x8
3.) Flys - 2 sets 20 reps, then 10 reps
1.) Preacher Curl Machine - 90x12 100x7 110x4
2.) DB Curl - 30x12 35x10 40x8 (my biceps were shot from heavy preachers)
3.) EZ Bar Close Grip Curl - 21s with 50
had a great pump, vascularity is through the roof

Interested to hear what you have to say about Jack3d Micro™ without VERSA-1™. I love it by itself, but VERSA-1 just makes it that much better.
