31 yo. I'm currently on week 4, phase one of P90X for cutting. I also steal time in the gym, just don't tell my p90x group.

I currently don't take any PWO or any other supplement. The only PWO I've taken before is NO2 (3 yrs ago) and Jack3D (2012).
I am taking a plain BCAA, but won't be starting tomorrow when I start the Formutech log.
Measurements (taken 3/5/13) :
Weight (3/6/13): 190.8
Arm (R, dropped by my side): 15.81
I can't wait to get this rolling! I think tomorrow I will do Bi's and Tri's and whatever is on the P90X schedule (Yoga, Core, or stretch)
