    I had been basing it off of the calculators online. Years ago i stayed around 1800 and went from 300+ all the way down to 180. However, at that point I had hardly any muscle at all lol. I would like to make sure I'm burning fat not a bunch of muscle. Do you guys feel 2500 would be enough, or still too low?

    That's probably a decent point. But I'm cutting at that level and I weigh 2/3 what you do. Is say try it and see how you feel and if you keep gaining strength

    Then I came home and did the YOGA X. My triceps were on fire!! I used to never do tris and chest together because I didn’t want one to weaken the other. The exercise was killer though.

    Someone asked if I was weaker from doing so few calories…. I really don’t know. My bench max before p90x was 305x2 or 275x8; I’ve been doing 99.8% pushups only since Feb 4th, so…. Maybe I’m just not used to benching right now, or maybe I lost some???

    My energy is through the roof, and my gym-pump was ******* awesome. I REALLY miss the gym….

    Hahaha! I'm not that big a fan of sweets.

    I just started using olive oil mayo, 2-3 eggs day, 2 fish oil pills daily, and meal two is at least a cup of cottage cheese with whatever. I switch between fat free and regular. Yesterday was fat free because my wife brought home mashed potatoes and mac/cheese so I had to juggle dinner around to make those fit.

    Some light reading I stole from Formutech's Facebook page and the reason why I'm going with ENDURANCE again after this container instead of trying out Perform (It won't let me link the attachment to Endurance info. I'm a few posts short from linking):

    ENDURANCE BCAA Plus: We get a bunch of emails asking the difference in Perform and Endurance. Perform is a great 2:1:1 BCAA product. Endurance BCAA plus is the ONLY 2:1:1 BCAA product on the market that adds Beta Alanine and Creatinol O Phosphate (this is not creatine). It is a game changer in your workouts. There is a difference.

    It took getting used to for me. My diet took a 180&#176; almost over night, so pretty much everything I'm eating now is taking time to get used to.
