Going back now I guess.
No way you are getting a better workout then me. My deads were fuggin great. I watched a video on proper form this morning before the gym, made all the difference in the world. I did 135x12, 175x10, 195x10
I could have done more, but I was only doing three sets so it will be a PR breaker next time.
And these numbers may look small to some, but I have only done deads about 5 times in my life, and those were in the last month, so I am impressed and addicted.
I am all that is MAN!
