  1. No workouts or patches today.

    I am looking and feeling super lean though.


  2. I woke up at 0200 with a ton of energy, so I decided to get it done. I took a pre-workout and knocked out Yoga X (P90X)

    I am sweating like a stuck pig. Do not be fooled by the word yoga, it is a great workout. I feel so loose and ready to drink another scoop of preworkout and I am going to go to the gym to do Chest and Bi's.

  5. I wore my patch all night last night. I feel fantastic. I have been sleeping a little better.

    Kicked ass in the gym and at home with P90X!!

  8. Slept like a king, this patch has to be helping me sleep better.

    Today I got a sick workout in the gym, Chest!!!!, about to go back and do some cardio. It is an off day for P90X, so I will probably do yoga X.

  10. Oops, I totally lost track and wore another patch last night. Oh, well.

    I am feeling good, no complaints. my weight is up today, but I ate a good deal of sodium last night with the wife's cooking.

    LOL. Mischelle treats me like a food dispenser. She'll cook something and say I have to eat it all before I can cook ___X___. Today it's turkey we sliced last week. Ill be at 6000mg sodium before I finish my 2nd meal.

  12. Killer workout


    Goes a little something like this!!

    Barbell Squats
    135x10, 135x10, 135x10-- These were light and fairly easy, but my hip pain prevents too much weight. I focused on depth and quality.

    BB Dead lift
    135x12, 175x10, 195x10 (PR)--- I smell PR of at least 215, maybe more next round. Get some!!

    Goblet Squat
    75x10, 80x10, 85x8 (PR)

    Pullups
    8, 8, 8-- Slow and controlled with slow negatives

    Smith Machine Hack Squat-- These are totally new and I was confused at first
    115x8, 165x5, 165x6 (PR)

    Chin up- Same as pullups- slow and negatives
    8,8,8,



    BAM!!

    Jefit will show you. Kind of. It is very awkward. Much easier if you have the hack squat press, like the standing angled leg press thing.

  15. Alright!! Back with a patch tonight. I will update tomorrow! Do these patches cause any anabolic activity? It seems like I am putting on some musclular size fairly quickly.

  16. Woo hoo!!! I am getting really lean. These patches are definitely helping. I have 6 patches left, so that is about 12 days, maybe closer to 10 because I seem to forget sometimes and put another patch on the next night.Until tomorrow

    By the way, i broke the deadlift PR yesterday! 205- i will of course be shattering that one next time!

    Super excited because I sleep SO MUCH BETTER with these on.

  21. OK. Just put another patch on. Got some picks today.
    I have gained weight, but I am looking mor muscular and more lean. I guess I am putting on some lean muscle, which is good!

    I guess they look good, I feel like I am getting fat, but pictures don't lie!

    Imagine if I had been a little more strict with my diet!

    I had a decent workot today. Legs and Back, except I skipped most of the legs portion due to hip pain. I will redo the workout in the morning.

  22. Man, I tore it up in the gym today!!
    I did shoulders and arms here at home today. Killed it. Then I went to the gym for Squats, Deadlifts, squats, pullups, and chinups.

  25. Patch night again. I feel like I am getting fat. I know I am not, but I have put on some pounds in the past month. My pants haven't got any tighter, There is substantial muscle growth going on. I watched my calories real good today. Stayed under 2000. I will count diligently this week. I want to make sure that I am not fukking myself.

    Maybe AGeforce wants me to extend this log another month? I am game if they are.

  28. Well, I just took my patch off. 1 More left. I kind of doubled up a couple of days in a row. I will put it on tomorrow night. I am going to miss the sleep and intense workouts that I get with them on.

  29. Alright, patches complete. It has been a nice run.
    I will get some photos posted tomorrow after I get my wife to take them.
    My weight is exactly the same, but you will see the dramatic difference in body fat. I have put on a substantial amount of LBM and these patches aided me in burning fat and preventing fat storage.

    One thing that I noticed was an increase in appetite with the patches. But no fat storage which was amazing.

    I will get my detailed review and feedback tomorrow along with my pictures.
    @djbombsquad, i would really like to log the hgh patch. That would be fantastic. Let me know!! Can you ask your people?
