    Alright, another patch down, still noticing the effects thus far! Noticing a leaning out effect, other than that noticing nothing else but better sleep it seems like, well, that and i am sweating my ass off.

    Workout : Legs

    Squats with DBs 4X12,12,10,10
    Lunges with DBs 4X10
    Wall Squats 3X 45 sec
    1 1/2 Lunges 4X8
    Stiff Leg DL 4X10
    Seated Calf Raise 4X12
    Standing Calf Raise 4X12

    Not too bad of a workout today, did walking lunges, quads are still on fire. Damn lunges, hate em, hate em, but damn afterward i love them!

    How is it going bro? I am thinking about purchasing another 30 days supply, but I am hoping that Ageforce will sponsor me another 30 days supply.

    That would be badass. I am hooking up with Enhanced in my second set of patches along with Stacker XPLC ( because i actually get energy from them, creatine, amino1, citruline malate and glutamine.

    Arnold Press : 4X10
    Lat Raises : 3X10
    Upright Row : 3X10
    Shoulder Fly : 3X10
    Shrugs : 3X10
    Weighted Arm Circles : 3X10, 10 forward, 10 back

    Todays Macros :

    Cals : 1964
    total fat : 98
    sat fat : 20
    carbs : 104
    pro : 314

    Wow on my own macros....Protein is way up there! I like it, maybe not that high, but at least over the 230-250 mark i shoot for! Fat is a little high for me, but i added low fat cottage cheese as a staple so i am super impressed, we will see where this takes me, i will not be able to duplicate this often as today i had some high dollar high quality proten sources. I will be able to hit 230 on a constant basis however.

    Wore patch today, felt good. Stayed on while sweating my ass off through a greuling work day, and came off easy after 8.5 hours. No irritation at the application site whatsoever. Really digging this patch, would be open to running other ageforce products or running another log for them. Should be interesting to see where the added cardio takes this log. I am super excited for the next 4 weeks!

    This four weeks i will be adding in other supplement to the mix as it was just the patch and bcaa's the first 4.

    No whole chickens lol. I have a butcher down the street that hooks me up with better than 95% ground round! I got the perfect hookups, been friends with the local butcher for years

    Alright, finally just got over this flu and used a patch, pre, and busted out a back and bicep workout.

    going to try mixing it up next week by performing 2 full body exercise days and 4 cardio days to maximize fat loss before june.

    Patches are working great! I am sleeping so well now that i am not puking my guts out! Feels great to get back into it and i will be starting monday with cardio, tuesday with full body, wed with cardio, thurs with full body, friday and sat with cardio and rest sunday.

    Alright, mighty mighty monday! No patch today, will be on a 5 am tomorrow morning.

    Looking forward to it! Love these patches, actually going to buy some more along with the energy patch. Gonna give them a shot!

    Todays Workout : Grappling

    1.5 hours of constant rolling jits today! Loved every second of it. Actually going to do it again tomorrow and hit up a full body workout on Wed.

    Did not tracj diet today, but had a lot of carbs..... Wondering how these patches will work with increased cardio!

    I have been getting in some Insanity workouts along with my P90X and my lifts this past week. Some good HIIT type training. Calories OUT!
