Great pump today. Abz are screaming. 1.5 scoops 3 hours after 1 cap of . I was and still am bouncing all over the place. No really heavy lifts today. Right shoulder started tweaking on me so I didn't push the shoulder work. Feeling good today. Will end around 2800 cals for the day.

Just got woken up at 2 am. Some drunk kid ran his car thru the guard house at my town house complex. Must've been going at least 40 mph. A couple of my neighbors straight up beat his ass cuz he tried to run. Thank god for good people. Grabbed my AK when I heard all the commotion, so ready to take someone out! Damn I'm trigger happy. Wanted to get me some! Cops came just in time... And now he's off to jail... Dang I really wanted to take someone out... next time... Sorry if this offends some of you but I get excited when this type of thing happens.
