    Shoot man. Felt good to get it out of the way for the first exercise. I usually put it in the middle or near the end, at a point where stripping twenty+ plates is an exhaustive workout in itself! What can I say, I love leg days!

  9. So today is turning into a cheat meal day. I really need to recover guys. I've been running super clean for the last 8 weeks. Had like 2 burgers and 2 bags of chips in that time frame! That's made a big diff. Went from 17% to 13%. But I am uncontrollably hungry today and I'm not gonna come over here and lie about my diet. I'm eating like a pig today and I don't care!

    Lol, extremely jealous but I was eating like a slob for two weeks before I started this stack so u need it more than me.

    Hell I actually had Luke do my diet too and I don't think he put anything about a cheat meal in it lol

    Nope. He didn't leave room for us to mess around. I rebound quick though. I'll feel it for a couple days but by sat I should be back to 100%

    Great pump today. Abz are screaming. 1.5 scoops prodigy 3 hours after 1 cap of thermadex. I was and still am bouncing all over the place. No really heavy lifts today. Right shoulder started tweaking on me so I didn't push the shoulder work. Feeling good today. Will end around 2800 cals for the day.
