    Haha yeah that's the good thing about eating the same thing everyday lol. It gets old but I generally know exactly where my calories will end up without tracking them. It's a whole different story when we go out to dinner though I grub out. We don't go out to eat very often though

    Last time I tracked and counted it ended up with food flying across the kitchen table. My wife brought home food I "couldnt eat" we lol now but it was a mess to clean up
