Had the best day in the gym I've had in a while today. Had a huge carb up/ cheat meal last night for dinner and have been out of the gym since Wednesday. Rested up and carbed up treated me well haha. Was gonna do a hybrid leg back day but ended up doing mostly back. I'll hit legs and cardio tomorrow. Weight was 216 today.
