Hey guys just wanted to get this up and going before I go to bed. Quick overview...basically my story is I've put on alot of size this year an unfortunately some fat has came along with that. I've been bulking/recomping with mini cuts for the last 9 months which is when I decided to get serious about diet. I've been in and out of the gym since I was 16. But always ate like sh1t. So long story short ive made some great progress but still have a good ways to go.
ill be dosing 6 recompadrols a day spread out over 6 meals a day, And 2 before bed on days I only get 4 meals in. and 3 massHGH's before bed everynight. I usually stick pretty close to the 2800-3000 kcal mark everyday. Ill go into more diet detail tomorrow, but it's usually around 300P/100f/60-80c. Training is MD style 4 days a week and cardio 3 days a week.
