Let me put it this way...I am currently designing a skin tightener. The Ab-Ab carrier, along with a couple of the ingredients, form the base of the formula.

So to answer: somewhat, but there will be a much more potent formula coming.

  7. Life Happened

hahaha life threw a curveball with anxiety and workload, but even though I did not get lifts in, I had cardio every day last week...

    End of week 1 measurements:

    Weight - 213.4 (-0.8)
    Stomach- 41 in (-0.5 inch)
    Hips 39.5 (no difference)
    Ass- 42.5 (no difference)
    Rt Bi- 16 (no difference)
    Rt Thigh- 23.5 ( +0.5)
    Rt Calve- 16 (no difference)
    Chest - 44 (no change)

It appears that with a small change in weight (nearly negligible, I lost about a half inch from my waistline)

Im gonna keep on the train

Yeah the diet is the one thing I have yet to figure out perfectly, but i keep trying. Yeah I think it was absolutely the AA+, i can really tell the stuff is working, especially around the kidney area or the obliques after using it.

Yeah my weight training was down to only 2 days instead of the 4. I am back at it this week though. Pushing hard

Id say give it a go, its worth a shot, I definitely feel a difference with using it, and I am definitely nowhere near the whole 6 pack abs kick

I have my stats for week 2 & 3 sitting on my notepad at home, they will be up this weekend. To give you an idea, no significant change in weight (I have to believe it was the schedule and interrupted eating schedule). However, I did see a reduction in my waist. I had to have my suits tailored down some, give you the exacts later.

I know you said this is going to be available, Im planning to pick up a bottle to continue this when the current one runs out. Can you give me a heads up in case I miss the announcement?

  22. I definitely will...I'm expecting it to be ready in less than a week.

  23. Additional observations regarding Absolutely Abliderated-

The formula continues to dry quickly. There is a feel with every application. I began noticing it more in my obliques, then more around the kidney area. I have noticed it in my stomach as well. There is also no real strong smell or residue on my clothing after using it.

I also noticed that it appears to enhance the feel or possibly the effect after I have used the java lather soap versus just plan shower gel. I would say that this is a must for anyone using it. I am past the midway point with the bottle but the effects have been positive, which I was not totally sure a topical would help since im higher in BF, however, I will be picking more up once it is available for sure.

Ab Ab is really the only topical I can honestly recommend for ANY bodyfat level. The expression of cortisol converting enzymes is quite strong in fat, and reduction of that enzyme will have a decently dramatic effect - but it's no miracle that can be used passively without diet and exercise at all.

A miracle would be nice! Haha, but then it would be too easy and carry no sense of accomplishment or reason to not fall back into the same bad habits. I am with you 100% never had any expectations of a miracle pill or solution, i stay far away from products that have those claims. I put the weight on my sophomore year in college and am still struggling to take it off...time will tell.

  27. Nice! I want to get me some.

it's great that you are working out and have lost inches around the gut....but the lack of weight loss tells me you need to get your diet in check!!!

c'mon, man-i am pulling for you!!!!

Thanks, thats one of the things that I am going to work on getting dialed in. Reworking that to begin next week. I will also be picking up aa second bottle and continuing this too, im going until i get the results I want
  30. End of Week 3 Results

    Week 1:
    Weight- 214.2
    Chest- 43 in
    Stomach- 41.5
    Bi- 15
    Hip- 40
    Ass- 42.5
    Thigh- 23
    Calves- 16

    Week 3
    Weight- 210 (-4.2 lbs)
    Chest- 45 in (+2.0 in)
    Stomach- 40 in (-1.5 in)
    Hips- 39 in (-1 in)
Rt Bi- 16 in (+1.0 in)
Rt Thigh- 23.5 in (+0.5 in)
Rt. Calf - 16 in (No change)

So my results so far are a loss in weight (not tremendous, but moving in the right direction), and an increase in certain muscle groups, the numbers are definitely a positive for me.
