    NOTES: I went with lower weight & high reps (10-12) today.
    The "pump" & muscle fullness was the most I've ever felt on my Chest.

    NOTES: Have decided to skip shoulders- I've been doing a lot of heavy pressing movements and have a slight strain in the front delt area. I don't believe it to be related to NXT and joint pain because this has happened before. Better safe than sorry.
