    NOTES: Didn't feel that great before the Gym, but felt much better as the workout progressed!
    Will start 2 caps every day now for the next 2 weeks. Sleep has been awesome! I'm sleeping through the night & I've been waking up really refreshed.

    Yes, yes they are.

    ddfox--I, too, have been trying out Enhanced. I was expecting a jittery, or booming rush of energy, but for me, it's very subtle, almost IV-like in the way it performs. If anything, it accentuated my mind-muscle connection, as I was able to dial in the fibers for the muscle I was working and letting it do all the work.

    The first day I used it, I didn't have that feeling, but I had added some other pre-workout items to it. When I used it solo the next two days, it was incredible. It might sound counterintuitive, but try using one scoop and see how that fares.

    Best of luck and thanks for that photo! I'm a buttman, but ain't nothing wrong with a solid rack!

    Quick Update - Diet has not been that great lately (appetite has been increasing), but I seem to be getting leaner & I'm seeing some nice strength gains. Mood & Motivation is high. Vascularity even at rest is way up there!

    No issues with joints - I've been using Orange Triad & Joint Help.

    Libido has been about the same, but an Alpha feeling is starting to kick in.

    Have you noticed anything from bumping up the dosage to 2caps a day over 1?
