  3. 10 DAY UPDATE

    Things I'm starting to notice:

    - Yesterday was the first time I noticed an increase in urination frequency

    - Muscle Fullness in the Gym is starting

    - Motivation to Train is way up!

    - Appetite was slightly up yesterday

    - While libido may not be up yet, Let's just say I feel like I'm 18 again when I wake up in the morning!

    - Too early to notice any strength gains.

    - NO joint pain! (I've been dosing OT & Joint Help)

    NOTES: Will continue 2-1-2 dosing for 3-4 more days

  5. The first several weeks I was on NXT, the urination was all too frequent. Sometimes to the point of having to wake up in the middle of the night. I'm just finishing up my seventh week and it is not as prominent.

    agreed, it gradually decreases over time, but to me at least, stays above the norm!!!

  23. Yes, yes they are.

    ddfox--I, too, have been trying out Enhanced. I was expecting a jittery, or booming rush of energy, but for me, it's very subtle, almost IV-like in the way it performs. If anything, it accentuated my mind-muscle connection, as I was able to dial in the fibers for the muscle I was working and letting it do all the work.

    The first day I used it, I didn't have that feeling, but I had added some other pre-workout items to it. When I used it solo the next two days, it was incredible. It might sound counterintuitive, but try using one scoop and see how that fares.

    Best of luck and thanks for that photo! I'm a buttman, but ain't nothing wrong with a solid rack!
