Whats up everyone!

First off, thank you ever so much to Mr. AX1 for
selecting me for this logging opportunity! Despite all the challeneges he faced
after the announcement, he still got the products out to me. Big ups and major
props to him!!

Secondly, I am ultra excited to run this new series of
products from LG. I have run several versions of the Trifecta Stack before and
loved them all. Now I get to step into all new territory!!

I have in my
possesion the M1d Andro & the 17 Pro Andro. I hope to bulk up the arms,
chest, legs & shoulders and lean out elsewhere.

I am currently 220lbs
and have not hit the gym in two months.

My diet will consist of well
balanced meals of meat, rice and vegetables. Workouts & meals will be posted
along with pics of myself from day 1 through pct to update
progress.

Dosing for M1d is 2.0ml , 3 X a day and 17 pro andro is 1.5ml,
4 X per day. Took first dose already, taste is great, no problems at all.

The insane horny effect that LG's products give me has kicked in almost immediatley. For support supplements I am taking Animal Pak, extra 5000 iu Vitamin D and flaxseed oil.

My workouts will not be impressive in terms of weight because I am trying to perform each exercise with slow and controlled movements and correct form. I have to get back into the swing of the gym for now.

This morning I took my animal pak and dosed out the m1d and 17 pro 30 minutes apart. I ate leftover fettuccine alfredo with chicken and hit the gym.

Sure man I am working on adjusting my diet. It is my weak spot. I am using an app called my fitness pal to help me out. All suggestions are welcome!

calculate your tdee, i use the calculator from fitnessfrog.

Fitness frog says 3116 for me
so thats a rough estimate on how many cals you need on a daily basis to maintain weight. judging by your pic i would go for a cal deficient of 500-700 a day, give or take. break down your cals to how many grams of each macro, example. 200g pro/100g fat/200-250g carbs. that is an example and is how i would do it if it were me.

Since walking is a huge part of my day, I figured it should be calculated more accuratley. So yes, I downloaded another app. This gem is called Accupedo, and it tracks your walking throughout the day. I cant believe how much I actually walk over the course of a day!

I live in Port Jefferson , NY and walk from my house to the Long Island Rail Road train station. The train arrives in Penn Station, NYC, and I walk from there to work. I work at Google Headquarters in NYC (111 8th Avenue). This building is ****in huge. The only building that has more square footage is the Empire State Building! No wonder Google bought the mofo. They paid 2.5 billion out of their "petty cash" LOL. Anyhow, I do a considerable amount of walking while at work through the building. Then I walk back to penn station, and back fome from my train station.

According to this nifty little app, I walk about 8 miles a day, average walking speed of 3.5MPH, burning some 780 calories in the process! Not too shabby for unintentional cardio. So I input this information into myfitnesspal, and it deducted my calories from my intake total! Sweet!

At first, its a general feeling of well being, increased libido & assertiveness. After a couple of weeks, the body recomposition starts to become noticeable and your workout drive becomes pretty fierce. I feel very on top of my game and feel the products are accelerating my goals.

The only negative is that i picked the wrong cutting supp. Should have gone with epiandro. The original description was confusing. I was going for the andro equivalent of the trifecta stack but niw that you guys have put some stacks premade together i can see that i picked wrong. Anyway the last week or so i was overlapping the m1d and 17 pro with form xt. Now im on straight fom xt and wow...my libido has gone bezerk!! I wanna nail everything and anything!! Awesome pct product. Looking much leaner too. Im having an overall good experience :D
