    Not too bad.. Weights didn't move awesome but I had bad sleep last night because of my puppy. Getting lean though! Hope to better my bench when I max.

    olympic pause squats-
    225 x 5 sets x 5 reps

    leg press
    540 x 4 sets x 15 reps

    kb swings-
    70 lbs x 3 sets x 10 reps

    2 sets of 25 reps banded hypers

  8. Bodybuilding day-

    Standing military-
    125 x 8 reps x 4 sets

    reverse mini band cgbp-
    225 x 5 reps x 3 sets

    All reps paused one inch above chest

    During these I worked in 8 sets of 10 pull-ups, 4 wide grip and 4 neutral grip

    farmers walks super set band pullaparts-
    100 lbs DBS and 25 reps for 2 sets

    anti rotation holds-
    30 seconds each side for 2 sets

    some curls for the girls. Well versa-1 is officially done. Ill do a write up soon! Holy vascularity today

    deadlifts from deficit-
    350 x 5 sets x 2 reps

    this moved a little slower than ideal

    snatch grip Deads from 1.5 inch block-
    300 x 3 sets x 12 reps

    these toasted me

    olympic pause squats-
    210 x 2 sets x 8 reps

    may have died on a third set

    shrugs and band pull down super set

    235 x 3 sets x 12 reps shrugs behind back
    4 sets x 15 reps band ppull down

    one long set of back raises

    That was a wrap. Grueling workout today. Feel pretty strong though. Thinking about using either ssv2 or slintensity over the summer pre bed to see if I'm dry in the mornings. Thoughts?

    They can help clear insulin from circulation and increase GH boost which should yield better sleep. Not a bad idea, particularly if you train later in the day.

    I do.. And I don't eat my first meal until 12-2 the next day. Seems like it could be a great recipe for recomp

  14. I've actually tried it with both products, but only a couple of times. I was eating a ton of carbs and decided I'd be better off saving them for pre-meal use. I'm interested in your feedback if you give it a shot.

    smoked the squats today. Great depth (ripped my underwear). 475 felt good. Wanted 500 but I crushed 475
    so much that I didn't want to be greedy. It will come!

    Reading this totally just made my day...Sacrifices must be made (in this case undergarments) for gains!

  20. Been busy.. didn't log a few workouts in here, but definitely got them in. Been doing with Versa-1 for a bit, but will be maxing on my lifts this weekend. Here's a photo that I think is a little more representative. I'll get a final review up eventually lol
