  5. took an off day, with how much my chest hurts now squats and lunges would have been like crucifying myself. yesterday it honestly hurt to breathe lol

    Idk if this was due to me studying all morning and barely eating while I was out the door, but when I took my dose I felt a nice boost. Gave a good speech and didn't even need more notes to hit all the key points. I was in the zone.

    Not the warm feeling I get from other test boosters but I felt more energetic and confident than I should have, especially since I did the whole speech today. Procrastination Nation and I am the President

    I'm sure it's completely unrelated to the PX RT. more to do with me changing my sleep schedule, just sucks haha. I need to take my ambien sooner more often

    fullness is something i have been experiencing, but it took me longer to get it....so far i haven't felt an increase in hunger either, but i was kinda expecting too.

  21. after a bunch of thinking and comparing my progress in weights and mass I decided to discontinue Smolov.

    Simply because Smolov is supposed to be used as a plateau breaker, seeing how I havent hit a plateau and *knock on wood* dont intend to for a while I am simply putting more strain on my elbows and wrists that I want to. I'm more than confident in my ability to reach 405 with a typical split so in the end it just wasnt worth the benefit to hazard ratio.

    said screw this, switched it to hypertrophy. went back to elbows out instead of pointed in and really focused on stretch and contraction
