Lets just say now that there are a handful of contestants not following the guidelines it makes for a poor comparison. You guys have been taking a separate test booster for over a week that the others have not. The competition was set up by Broser, Luke, and the guys at PNI because they have faith that the TRIPLE stack is going to show results. Those results out of the current test subjects have now been skewed. Whether you"live" on here or not you should have at least read and understood the purpose of this and followed the guidelines.

I've taken it like once or twice, nowhere near a week. And I'm not going to read every single post that someone writes. I really only go on this on my phone. And I'm not in this contest to come in first place. I'm in this contest for myself to get in better shape. And then you come in here throwing around assumptions and being rude for no reason. Just to start an argument, looks like you won. Ridiculous.

Just keep working hard bro. I had thought about going on the offensive when I saw his comment but I thought, nah, dont really care what he has to say. All this guy does is flame others. He goes on threads and tries to act like an SME, subject matter expert, when he's not. He reads shyt on the Internet and takes it as gospel. He doesn't think for himself. He tries to start arguments. Not worth the time in my opinion bro, so just keep doin what you're doin and let him do what he does... Haters gonna hate...

  6. Not really sure where I've ever come into a thread to act as an expert in anything. I questioned the safety of the original stack Josiah was on. In this thread I called attention to the fact that several contestants were not running the supplements according to the guidelines set by the company reps.

This isn't even the central log bro. If you wanna start a conversation about how you feel things aren't equal why don't you do it there instead of thread jacking. This is CHEFBOs log, not the place. Please take this conversation to the central area...

  9. thanks guys for the respect and the advice. i've gone on a rant on someones thread by mistake too so no problems just goes to show how pumped we all are about this great lifestyle we live in. now back to the task at had , i am finally getting my macros on here and hope they load ok. really like the way palm and wilpit put theirs up with fitness pal, so here we go.
    Cals 3061
    Fat 41 g
    Carbs 388 g
    Protein 179 g

today is an off day with abs and cardio
my back is still all jacked up so it is slow going . i don't know what else to do about it but ride it out. i have stopped taking the d test as recommended ( only took it tow day anyway) so prodigy, and paragon . reaction is right on when saying the results will be skewed but mine is out of necessity of an injury not by choice. I hate to let anyone down especially myself. whatever happens i will give this log my fullest that i can. not here to win just here to be in! great rest day guys. hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
    .

  10. Keep the work up man. As long you keep your diet right and train as best you can I'm sure results will show....are those macros ones that Luke created for you?

Are you still doing cardio or are you out of commission? The one thing that really helped my back was planks. I didn't see any real improvements through post operation therapy until I really developed a good baseline on core strength.

Size: 102.8 KBi will try them out. i had all three kids walk on my back tonight and suprisingly that really helped out alot. now if i could find me a cute little oriental to do it in a bikini i would probably heal up right!lol.

i did push out a back workout tonight at home.
    wide grip pulldowns 3x8
    narrow grip uh pulldowns 3x8
    bent over rows 3x8
    bentover laterals 3x8
one arm db rows 3x 8
    straight arm pushdown 3x 10
    behind the neck barbell 3x20

i don't have alot of weight here at home so on some exercises i have to up the rep range to get the pump.
took prodigy 30 minutes before the workout and when i started the bentover rows my back got flushed with blood it was really on fire. major rush tothe head and sweating like a pig. with what everone has said if iwould have had the thermadex i would have probably needed a mop. i didn't take it because it was so late of a workout. here is a pic afterward"

  15. At the drs office getting my b as ck checked out let u know how it goes,bp is up.

  16. Good luck !

  18. ripped up lower back muscles. all knotted up . physical therapy next week plus need to get a deep tissue massage to loosen them up. Luckily working at a college has its perks,i'm gonna go see the head trainer today to see what he can do for me. I was hoping to do a workout today but may have to for go it for this. we will see.

  19. Good luck man. It sucks having constant issues like that

  20. man i will be glad when i can get going and get my fat ass doing some cardio. I hate feeling of this gut on my belt. haven't had it in over a year and didn't miss it one bit! since i've been down i have no way to get enough of a workout in to stimulate enough caloric burn to keep it off. I got in some bw dips last night but that was about all i could handle without the pain kicking in. what a biatch!!!!

  21. setting at my desk is the only thing i have been able to do the last week because of it . the moment i get up and walk anywhere it kicks in and i am right back here.

  22. Man just focus on your rest and your diet for now if u can't do anything.

  23. good advice my man good advice! will do!

I agree, and even if you think you can do something....DON'T! Wait for therapy to start up and let them assess you. I spent two years in therapy because I was prideful and kept up the push through it attitude. A bad surgery with a csf leak and a small slip up that lead to losing must function of my left leg which has just now started to regain strength to a normal level. Take it easy brother, diet and continue to rest.

  27. 183 this morning not going down like i imagined but with the lack of cardio i have been doing i understand. since the meeting with the trainer at school i can stand to do bike so i will incorprate taht next week as my after work workout .
managed to squeeze in a chest workout today at home.
    breakfast was paragon,
    one egg white with toast
    20 ounces of water
    coffee

lunch was 20 ounce whey shake

    banana for midday snack

dinner was : icup brown rice, 1/2 cup pinto beans, 1 2 ounce slice of ham diced and sauteed together. 20 ounce water.
i will add the macros tomorrow and log.

    chest workout consisted of :
superset of dumbell flyes 3 sets x 10 not counting warm up 40, 45, 50
incline db press 45, 50, 55 2x10 one to failure
incline machine press 3 x 10 at 100 super set with machine flyes same weight
overhead dumbell extention 55 lbs 3x10
    pushups 3 x25
that did it for today was all i could get through in time before daughters ball practice
good pump on the prodigy, man that stuff makes my head crawl but glad to have the rests in between. never thought i would need that long of a one . good call Luke! very good intensity during the workout.
i am being careful with the back guys don't worry just want to do what i can to stay active and Luke has agreed to get me straight after rehab on the back. Everyone is killing it just want to do what i can . i still won't be able to do any legs or back and arms will be limited to waht i can get done here at home until complete recovery. gonna get my stuff straight onthe diet and rest is no problem getting plenty of that. this week is gonna be rough at work as will next week with key people being out and me taking up the slack be we will percevere ( it that is spelled correctly). have agreat day tomorrow everyone.

  28. Proud of ya man for not giving up. Last thing we want is to hurt yourself, so continue to take it easy and dont push it. Like i said even after this competition we will get you back on track. You will not be missing out on anything just a little delayed is all due to the injury.
    Broser Built Athlete www.broserbuilt.com

  29. Never give up Chef! We're all proud that you are fighting

  30. Keep going man, it's def a hard process when healing and trying to hold back from training.
