back is kicking my a@@! resting it the next two days just gonna be doing some walking and abs to keep things rocking. i am hoping to get really rocking monday. i pray i feel better. sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

hit chest today at home . back still pumping bad but fought through it. little girl ahs strep so had to miss my regular workout at work to get her to the doc. she is a trooper though and here i am bitching about pain!
181 this morning
took paragon at 5 am and again at 4 pm
been taking test d to stimulate more test production since i am the old fart here,lol!
stillworried about doing the thermadex since my back is messed up may try it later on. sorry Luke.
here's how it went
machine incline three sets 20 reps each at 70% capacity
machine flyes same same
dumbell bench press 45's for 20
52 1/2 for 15
same to failure
awesome pump felt great
dumbell flyes incline and superset flat 45's x15, 45x8, 35xfailure
couldn't even raise the last set up arms were so swollen
finally feeling what i want jsut have to listen to my body and push through it.
will be doing abs later just gonna watch the back.
been pumping in the taurine today along with as much water as i can take to get this shyt fixed. probably a muscle relaxer before bed to help me sleep. rest really helped this weekend but i can't take no more sitting on my ass must get back to it. and play catch up with you dudes feel like i am letting everyone including myself down. shake it off and climb back on even if it is slowly. thanks for the motivation bros!

It's tough lifting with injuries man so stay in there. I don't know if you saw the other post. The D-Test shouldn't be taken with this stack. Just an FYI. Hang in there and happy to hear u had a good pump

Ingredients in paragon and D-Test are POSSIBLY harmful if used together. There was a lot
Of controversy in the original Josiah thread if I want to go back and read it for more info. And like Mack said on someone else's thread who was using it "this is a triple threat stack not quadruple" lol. But Eric Broser did also state on another thread not to use the D-Test it was given to us as an extra gift to use at another time.

Not really sure where I've ever come into a thread to act as an expert in anything. I questioned the safety of the original stack Josiah was on. In this thread I called attention to the fact that several contestants were not running the supplements according to the guidelines set by the company reps.

thanks guys for the respect and the advice. i've gone on a rant on someones thread by mistake too so no problems just goes to show how pumped we all are about this great lifestyle we live in. now back to the task at had , i am finally getting my macros on here and hope they load ok. really like the way palm and wilpit put theirs up with fitness pal, so here we go.

today is an off day with abs and cardio
my back is still all jacked up so it is slow going . i don't know what else to do about it but ride it out. i have stopped taking the d test as recommended ( only took it tow day anyway) so prodigy, and paragon . reaction is right on when saying the results will be skewed but mine is out of necessity of an injury not by choice. I hate to let anyone down especially myself. whatever happens i will give this log my fullest that i can. not here to win just here to be in! great rest day guys. hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

Keep the work up man. As long you keep your diet right and train as best you can I'm sure results will show....are those macros ones that Luke created for you?

no those are what i tracked today i didn't have my log with me to reference the diet. i will get on it tomorrow though. luke did such hard work i really need to get back on track even if i am nt healed yet.

i will try them out. i had all three kids walk on my back tonight and suprisingly that really helped out alot. now if i could find me a cute little oriental to do it in a bikini i would probably heal up right!lol.
i did push out a back workout tonight at home.
wide grip pulldowns 3x8
narrow grip uh pulldowns 3x8
bent over rows 3x8
bentover laterals 3x8
one arm db rows 3x 8
straight arm pushdown 3x 10
behind the neck barbell 3x20
i don't have alot of weight here at home so on some exercises i have to up the rep range to get the pump.
took prodigy 30 minutes before the workout and when i started the bentover rows my back got flushed with blood it was really on fire. major rush tothe head and sweating like a pig. with what everone has said if iwould have had the thermadex i would have probably needed a mop. i didn't take it because it was so late of a workout. here is a pic afterward"

ripped up lower back muscles. all knotted up . physical therapy next week plus need to get a deep tissue massage to loosen them up. Luckily working at a college has its perks,i'm gonna go see the head trainer today to see what he can do for me. I was hoping to do a workout today but may have to for go it for this. we will see.

man i will be glad when i can get going and get my fat ass doing some cardio. I hate feeling of this gut on my belt. haven't had it in over a year and didn't miss it one bit! since i've been down i have no way to get enough of a workout in to stimulate enough caloric burn to keep it off. I got in some bw dips last night but that was about all i could handle without the pain kicking in. what a biatch!!!!
