    I feel you bro but I make it a purpose of mine to get em in no matter what. Wife, work, school, Marine Reserves, nothing holds me back. Not even sleep, hence why Im always so damn tired! Ha LOL

  13. 2 scoops. Powered thru the leg workout no problem. Weight felt heavier than usual though but I blame that on only sleeping 3 hours last night. Felt puffy and arthritic all day which is what happens when I don't sleep...

    I would have left after legs were done but I have to tape out in the morning (body fat %) and wanted my abs to be as tight as possible then. Im like 20 lbs over my weight limit but it isnt like Im that fat, I just like to bodybuild and I dont really want to go back down to 180 any time soon. I just like the sound of 200. Has a nice ring to it. Ha...oh, also those first two sets are really more of a warmup then anything. its a pretty killer leg workout though, try it some day

    200 sounds good But being cut like a mo fo might be better. I think I'm gunna eventualy try and cut my **** up since I'm not gunna beable to do 1-2 rep sets on squats nomore.

    Well I weighed in. Came in at 13% bf and 193? Hmm I guess the scale at my gym is easily 6 pounds off. Looks like I need to get some new batteries for my home scale as well...

    Hell Yeah! 13 is good, I want to be 8 when I get my back better, I've been eating like crap but when I'm a 100% or close its go time.

  27. 2 scoops Pre workout today! Again I felt like a meth head that's addicted to weights. I was all over the gym. Heart rate was kept elevated for the duration, not too high, and my weight session felt more like a cardio sesh. Love the fact I still have enough energy left for a really good AB sesh at the end of my workouts...
