took preworkout to wake up, preworkout to get through lab, preworkout to take my preworkout lmao. had to take a break to basically give myself a flick in the nose and cut back on the caffeine
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
