    delts
    arms
    quads
    rest
    repeat
    (everything high volume, weight always around 80-90 percent of 1rm!)

    Cardio 6x a week, 30 min hiit first thing in the morning

    diet, 60 grams of protein, 10g fat, 40g carbs....6x a day! Every 3 hours

    Other supplements
    (nothing right now except some old zma before bed, hope it still works lol)


  2. 1st day with px black


    2 caps pre workout, which i opened up and mixed it with water for a faster absorption.....within 5 mins....BEAST MODE

    back

    wide grip pullups
    machine t-bar row
    rack pulls
    underhand pulldowns
    barbell shrugs
    one arm db rows

    5 sets each, 6-8 reps each set, 60 sec rest periods

    set pr's on everything, incredible focus....wasnt expecting to be that focused and intense from this! mood was real good....must say, sweat like crazaayyyyy today! i just couldnt get tired today

  6. day 2

    3 caps of px black pre workout, no cardio today, just weights


    smashed delts! 34 working sets in under an hour! ....took 2 caps first thing in morning...felt like crap? but it wa sbecause i was prolly slightly dehydrated.....so i hydrated myself then added 1 more cap...BOOM, crazy workout, success

    sweating like crazayyyy on this

    somehow its improving my aggression? almost like im on cycle? what ingredient is responsible for this?

    im not getting tired on this, my endurance and stamina and through the roof! my mood was like i was on cycle??! lol, what ingredient is causing this? very very aggressive, confident mood

    I can see this from the focus and stim but we are all pretty aggressive gives as a bit of juice and that just amplifies it.

  12. The PEA plus sulbutiamine got the feel good thing going along with the high dose you are taking, caffeine + yohimbe, (gets me aggressive) probably are responsible for the 'on' feeling. Very nice formula here.

    Do you feel a better breathing capacity? I always felt a greater breathing capacity on the og PX

    I did on the original also. My first dose was before doing ten sets of pullups. I was amazed at how I recovered between sets and just felt strong.

  16. day 3 was yesterday sorry had family time

    did 20 sets for each triceps and biceps, placing pr's aswell, nothing crazy, but ill take it!

    day 4 today

    cardio every morning at 20 mins high intensity intervals still

    no weight training today, noticing my core and quads are getting more defined...took px black like 7 hours ago...mood is still amazing

  19. Yeah I really like how the PX Black felt today and it made it a bit easier to breath. Once it started wearing off I noticed my chest tightened back up.

  20. day 5 today

    appetite shot, it is ABSOLUTELY GONE, not really liking that though lol, the amount of food i have to put down my throat on a daily basis is.....nvm hahaha, anyone who bodybuilds understands that


    36 sets to failure for chest, every exercise possible, i dont get tired anymore! morning cardio session 15 mins hiit

    now im doing 2 caps morning cardio, 2 caps pre workout....INSTANT MOTIVATION TO TRAIN

  23. Yeah appetite is nice but if you can eat on it then it should be good to go. Just have to have that reminder set on your pc or phone. So far I have found that eating is not a problem but remembering it is time to eat instead of feeling hungry well that isn't happening.
