Dose: used around 3-4 caps a day, spreaded out in 2 cap doses

Fat loss: did not notice a notieceable clen like fat loss

Mood: excellent! if you need to stay focused px black is what you need!

Endurance: did not get tired after my cardio and weight training sessions which is unsual

Muscle Growth?: somehow i was able to put on about a couple pounds when using this

Overall: 8/10 Good mood booster, good endurance booster, great muscle sparing effects, all will indirectly help someone with their fat loss goals.

True enough, fat loss acceleration can be tough to guage at times as there are so many factors involved.
