Started back in the gym finally. Geez this has been driving me bonkers thee last 30+ weeks. Backed the dose down two 2 in the morning only. So far so good appetite is back. Only took a few days for it to get back to normal. Here is tonight's workout.
Started off with 15 minutes of cardio to warm up.
Barbell Bench Press
10 reps 150 lbs
12 reps 225 lbs
10 reps 195 lbs
8 reps 145 lbs
Incline Barbell Bench
10 reps 95 lbs
12 reps 195 lbs
10 reps 145 lbs
8 reps 125 lbs
Pec Deck (Fly Machine)
10 reps 130 lbs
12 reps 190 lbs
10 reps 170 lbs
8 reps 150 lbs
Standing Overhead Triceps with EZ Bar
10 reps 40 lbs
12 reps 70 lbs
10 reps 60 lbs
8 reps 50 lbs
Standing Overhead Rope Extensions
10 reps 120 lbs
12 reps 160 lbs
10 reps 150 lbs
8 reps 140 lbs
Followed it all up with 20 minutes of Cardio
Damn I am going to feel this tomorrow as I already do now. Not to bad I guess. Strength is way down. But it will come back in a matter of time.
