Probably going to skip tonight's workout and get ready for the warrior dash. Today is leg day for me. Still tossing the idea around.

Well considering my fat ass was really out of shape. I finished it in 40 minutes. I can't complain one bit. Going from not training for over 40 weeks. To in just two short weeks getting in the gym I think I did pretty damn well.

Didn't train on Thursday. got home way to late and didn't feel like doing anything. Friday I didn't train since I knew I was going to train on Saturday with friends and family. I have helped others by doing there nutrition and workouts. And they wanted to have a training session. They all live 2 hours away from me.

A lot of people have heard me harp on wheel of death. The one thing I really like about it, is my core is very rock solid all the time and it's not even a concern with squats. I do have one dead lift weak sport that goes back years from doing somethng stupid but have to go really heavy for that. I can get the same thing as deads out of a lot of other exercises though. I still like doing them sometimes though....

I am officially out of PX Black. I have got to say it was one of the strongest fat burners that kills your appetite quick I have ever taken. I want to thank Everyone at Finaflex for allowing me to run another great product. I didn't lose much in the weight department. How ever I believe I replaced fat with muscle almost equal. And while on this I being not in the physical shape as I used to be. Didn't train for 40+ weeks went out and kicked ass at the warrior dash. This product helped me stay focused at the task at hand. The energy to push myself through the course. And of course did wonders to kill my appetite. Now I am to blame as I tested the waters. In all fairness I was taking 4 a day for most of this run. Then backed it down to two and eventually 1 until finished. Highly suggest to anyone DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 2 PER DAY...... As far as the product itself it is everything as advertised and then some. Once again another fantastic product by Finaflex.

Now here is a sneek peek at my diet for today and my new training.
