    Yeah once it is time to eat it is time to eat. Your circadian rhythm is set for you to get hungry and dump Ghrelin right around your fast breaking period. So once the ghrelin is released you will pretty much get hungry regardless of supplementation other than crazy stims that just make it hard to eat or more to the point not enjoyable.

    Yeah Doug when I take it in the morning I am not hungry at all. Once noon comes around I am a little hungry but not bad. Then I take two more at that point.

    I liked going to 4 a day with the doses being staggered by a few hours. 2 First thing in the AM, 1 mid morning, 1 noon, Not sure how I would feel about 2 more at once while still having some of it running through me I would be rushing like a mofo.

    You could take it extremely early then the second dose 6 or 7 hours later.

    Stim would be pretty hefty at 2 and 2 .. it lasts long enough that there would be carry over from the first dose...

    Started back in the gym finally. Geez this has been driving me bonkers thee last 30+ weeks. Backed the dose down two 2 in the morning only. So far so good appetite is back. Only took a few days for it to get back to normal. Here is tonight's workout.

    Started off with 15 minutes of cardio to warm up.


    Barbell Bench Press

    Tonight's workout was weak. Had not eaten all day. Busy as can be at the office. Worked from 6am to 4:30pm straight through non stop. That doesn't include the hour plus drive to and from the office. Stopped and worked out on the way home cause I knew had I come home it would have been lights out. Soon as I am done typing this I am shutting down.

    As far as the PX Black it is doing the trick. Energy all day no crash, Appetite suppressant works wonders. Had to back down dosage to two per day.

    Ok so as you can see someone outed me on where I was tracking my calories. Its all good though. I have not worked out the kinks in getting my weight training to show calories burned. I may just have SOMEONE log in and modify it for me since HE already figured that out. HINT HINT....
