DAY 32 LEGS
DB squat 120s 3 sets -10 reps
Leg Press 45x7,6,5 plates each side -2 set per plate- 6 set total -10-12 reps
Vertical leg press 5 plates -3 sets 10-12 reps
Charles Glass Single legged Leg press(this is one legged side tilt leg press-targets outer sweep)- 2x45 each side-3 sets 10 reps
Leg extension- to failure
standing leg curls- 35,40,45,50- 3 sets 10-20 reps
Laying leg curls - 80,70,60,50,40,30 - 10-12 reps 6 sets
clean deadlift 1x45 -10-20 reps -3 sets
took one scoop - after rest I am back on top!!! Leg workout was hard and heavy but effortless compared to last week. Pump made legs full but tight 9/10. Energy and focus at 10/10. Left gym felting ****ty but felt happy about a more than solid workout.
rest is really hard for me. I tend to go out of my mind just hang around!!!
DAY 33 SUNDAY - ABS/CALVES-total time around 1:30
I do alot of crunches and leg lefts-ab wheel for abs
Calf are machine calf raises- leg press calf rises, donkey calf raise machine.
Took 1 scoop today- not much to note- workout was good and solid focus and energy 8/10-pump normal
DAY 34 -ARMS
EZ Curl Bar - 45 on each side- 4 set 10-12 reps
alternating curls DB 40,45,50- 3 sets 10 reps
concentration curls superset 40 then 20- 3 set 10 reps.
Rope Curls - 100,120,140-3 set 10 reps
Preacher Curls- 80,70,60 - 3 set 10-12 rep
Overhead Cable Curl 35,40,45 - 3 set 10 reps
Dip machine 120,130,140 10-3 set 10-20 reps
Cable Rope pushdowns 80,90,10 10- 3 set 10-20 reps
overhead rope extensions 40,50,60 -- 3 set 10-20 reps
dumbbell tricep kickback 15lbs - 3 set 20 reps
v bar push downs 70 lbs -3 set 20 reps
Took 2 scoop of Volatile- arm just pumped up to max 10/10- I just superset almost all the exercises. Sometime when you get a great pump you just ride is hard and long-lol. Focus and energy 10/10- mostly due to pump feeling.
DAY 35 CHEST- FINAL DAY :-(

cable cross overs 40,50,60,70 -4 sets- 10-12 reps
Pec Fly machine 70,80,90 - 3 set 10-12 reps
Took my last scoop today- just 1 scoop- workout was also great pump at max 10/10 but half of workout I was lagging but the end was awesome.
Volatile is a solid pump product and a great preworkout. It doesn't have much of a kick-in terms of stim. But to be honest I had solid energy and focus. I didnot miss the DMAA that much. I also did not have any tolerance to it. I did rest on Friday and I only used 2 scoop on arm day. Pump continued to be much more than normal. This was a big deal for me- I naturally tend to have alot of NO ability. So anything above normal feels really awesome to me and also to everyone who is in the gym with me. I then to blow up really fast naturally and volitale makes me more of a puffer fish. I would recommend volatile as a pump product, and would maybe even mix with some DMAA in the future and see how that also goes. As standalone its great and was a orgasmic pump joy!!!!
