Volatile: Ben tests just how unstable it gets

First off I will like to thank cswalczakny and Formutech Nutrition for supplying me with a 32 day supply of their awesome preworkout Volatile. I will be taking this 20min- 30min before workout to get my ready to move some weight.

My workout routine is based off 5/3/1, but is varied to a creation that I feel is best suited for me. If wanted I can post it in its entirety or let it develop on here as I post. On some off days from the gym, I normally do 15-30 minutes of core or cardio work. My diet is at maintenance or slightly above since I am at a great weight of 195. I just am looking to turn gradually 195 at 13.20% ( tested at bodpod) to 195 at about 10%.

I can log anywhere from one day to seven days a week. Do not be afraid to ask questions about my experiences with this product through this log or PMs. I am going to give my best effort in logging this product and will give an honest review as I go and final review

Now for a description of the product I get to enjoy for a month.

Once I get one completely twice, I move up to the next one. I do the buckeye on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Those that have been following my last log, I am about where I was last time because I had the flu bad for over a week and I babied a tweek I had in my shoulder. Now I am great and happy to see the weights moving up again. One 1.24.2012 I bench 185 twice, full effort.

Buckeye 290 195/8 210/6 225/4 240/3 255/2 275/1 225/4
Close grip chain bench ( I believe the chains wear 35 each)- 5 3 1
Dumbell Flat Bench- 90/ 8 6 4 ( I dropped down because better safe than sorry with shoulder issues)
small bar tri pulldowns ( I use two different bars for tri pulldowns one is about 8inches and flat and the other is about a foot and slighly curved) 70/6 4 2
cable flys 70/ 9 7 5
sitting nose busters 65/ 6 4 2
db incline 60/ 5 3 1 ( these feel so light, but I am gradually going to work myself up)
long bar tri pulldowns 65/8 6 4
I ended it all with pushups till I could not push up any more

Flavor- 6/10- I am not really a berry guy, so that could easily be the cause of a slightly above average first serving. Also it takes a while to get the right water to powder ratio. I can see this number coming up soon.
Mix ability- 10/10- It was perfect, nough said.
Time to feel it-9/10- I felt it around 35minutes, good for me!!
Over all PUMP( energy)- 8/10- It got me going, not jitters or anything. Solid work done, I used less than a scoop my first time. So next with a full scoop it should be a 10/10
Focus- 9/10- I was ready to lift from the moment I got into the gym till the moment I left.

Nice routine bro! Glad Volatile is making a good first impression on you and thanks for being honest about your feelings on the flavor! Its important you be honest all the way through!

Yes sir. You guys let me try this product for free. so at least I can do is supply my honest opinion! Please note, I am not a big berry flavor lover. So the berry flavor you have is exactly what it should taste like.

I agree one hundred percent! Taste is nice but the last important part of a preworkout or any supplement!

Sundays are my off day. I took it round 1. Good results only change

Leg press calves- 400/14 420/12 450/10
DB shrugs 80/6 4 2
BB shrugs 155/10 185/8 235/5 ( I go real slow on shrugs, I worry about form, and results not flinging along weights hahah)
hanging Leg raise- 14 11 9
Db should press 55/8 6 4
Ran for 15minutes

Mix ability- 10/10- It was perfect, nough said. Time to feel it-9/10- I felt it around 25 minutes!! Perfect for me!!
Over allPUMP( energy)- 9/10- It got me going, not jitters or anything. Solid work done, I used a scoop this time! I feel like if I add another fourth scoop it will be perfect .
Focus- 10/10- I was ready to lift from the moment I got into the gym till the moment I left. I took it in school and it even helped me during the test I was takin

No better workout!! I have learned over my few years is never judge a preworkout's flavor by the first couple servings! Hahahah Great work you guys!

You use a chaser, sh!t I just take it straight.

J/k I water it down with like 24oz in the shaker and down it all at once. But I like the flavor, not bad at all.

I have been using this preworkout for a week now!! So Here is the first of my 4 end week reviews
Flavor- 9/10-This flavor has really started to grow on me. It took a few servings to get the powder to water ratio right, but now that I have boy I can believe how good it tastes. Reminds me of Big League Chew Grape Bubblegum hahaha. I never though a berry flavor would ever rank higher than 8. I am happly surpirsed.
Mix ability- 10/10- It was perfect, nough said.
Time to feel it-9/10- I feel it after 20ish minutes of taking it. Exactly what I want
Over all PUMP( energy)- 9.5/10- I feel it going through me after the 20 minutes mark and everyone one should get out of my way hahah.

I second that 335lbs is respectable.

I am crying my eyes out, the doc wont let me work legs till my MRI gets read next week. Don't know what I did but my right knee has been hurting. It really comes when I drive. But very stiff in the morning and the joint is grinding when I bend it. at first they said it was Tendonitis.

I second that 335lbs is respectable.
