Legs and Traps guys today guys! I normally run on Mondays if the weather is nice or it isn't national run on the treadmill day at my gym!!
Day 4: Legs and Traps
Squats-( I am working my way in nice and slow before I go heaven) 135/8 185/5 225/3 255/2 285/1

Leg press calves- 400/14 420/12 450/10

BB shrugs 155/10 185/8 235/5 ( I go real slow on shrugs, I worry about form, and results not flinging along weights hahah)

Ran for 15minutes
Day 4: review Flavor- 8/10- My water ratio is greatly improving flavor. Reminds me of bubblegum.
Mix ability- 10/10- It was perfect, nough said. Time to feel it-9/10- I felt it around 25 minutes!! Perfect for me!!
Over allPUMP( energy)- 9/10- It got me going, not jitters or anything. Solid work done, I used a scoop this time! I feel like if I add another fourth scoop it will be perfect .
Focus- 10/10- I was ready to lift from the moment I got into the gym till the moment I left. I took it in school and it even helped me during the test I was takin

I have been using this preworkout for a week now!! So Here is the first of my 4 end week reviews
Flavor- 9/10-This flavor has really started to grow on me. It took a few servings to get the powder to water ratio right, but now that I have boy I can believe how good it tastes. Reminds me of Big League Chew Grape Bubblegum hahaha. I never though a berry flavor would ever rank higher than 8. I am happly surpirsed.
Mix ability- 10/10- It was perfect, nough said.
Time to feel it-9/10- I feel it after 20ish minutes of taking it. Exactly what I want
Over all PUMP( energy)- 9.5/10- I feel it going through me after the 20 minutes mark and everyone one should get out of my way hahah.
Focus- 9/10- I was ready to lift from the moment I got into the gym till the moment I left.
