If you ever use MyFitnessPal to log calories, there's an option on there to log workouts. It's too complicated in my opinion & that's why I just use my iPhone notes. I know the BodyBuilding app has it too.. If anybody wants to chime in, you can.. But all the ones i've tried aren't very fluent.

To each his own, but I like to keep a record of where I'm at. That way, when I wanna go back & compare my numbers from weeks/months/years ago, I can. It's not so much because I can't remember my lifts, it's just kinda like a moral boost ya know? I don't know. It's one of the "tips" they give beginners is to log & I guess it just stuck.

What's up fellas? Decided I was gonna switch up my routine because it was getting kinda boring. So I've chosen to go to a P/RR/S style lift with a 4 day split. I've had experience in the past with a slightly resembled routine (Jim Stoppani's Shortcut To Size) & I enjoyed the idea of muscle confusion. So today I started out with Back & shoulders. Did the usual 1 scoop Hemavol with 1 scoop of Compete pre, & 1 scoop compete intra. Week one is a power week so it suggests you shoot for the 4-6 rep range so workout was a little longer than usual. (although probably not near as long without the iForce stack) The pumps in my shoulders were crazy! Goin heavy on DB upright rows & side laterals made washing my hair afterwards a pain in the ass lol like I said, endurance was good. I probably could've rested a little less but seeings how I haven't really gonna for low reps like that in awhile, I wanted to play it safe. Anyways, my workout was as followed.

    2/25 Back & Shoulders
    (P/RR/S)
    Start time: 10:25
    Start weight: 203.5

    Rack Pulls:
    135x10, 225x10, 315x6, 365x5, 385x5

    Pendlay Rows:
    135x10, 185x10, 225x6, 245x5, 255x5

    Wide grip pulldown:
    150x10, 180x6, 200x5, 220x4

    Seated Row:
    150x10, 180x6, 190x5, 200x4

    BB shrug: (each set F/B)
    225x10, 315x6, 345x5, 365x4

    1 arm DB upright row:
    30x10, 45x6, 50x5, 55x4

    Side lat raise:
    35x10, 45x6, 50x5, 50x5

    End time: 12:05
    End weight: 204.3

Side note, anybody stopping in here heading to the Arnold this weekend? I live about 20 minutes west of Columbus so I go every year. This will be the first year though I plan to watch the pro events & such. Which is probably majority contributed to browsing this forum. It's funny to think I was a BB dot com guy. :P

How's it goin AM? Just got home from the gym, drinking my protein smoothie right now. Took my mom out to lunch for her birthday this afternoon & went to the gym from there. Since I didn't really feel like wasting an hour for my food to digest & take my pre of Hemavol & Compete, I decided to give the gym a go without any pre supps. (did pop a SNS 500mg Agmatine cap after lunch with my Anabeta & Orange Triad) I haven't wanted to compare my workouts of with & without this combo for awhile, but today was a great excuse to do so. First thing.. Endurance was no where near what it is with the combo. Rep range was in the 4-6 area & only about 4 working sets & muscles still couldn't keep up! Pumps weren't the same either, even those I went with the Agmatine cap. (helped some but not nearly as much) I know this log is supposed to be for the supps, but I thought it would be nice to share the lack of performance I had without. Numbers weren't bad but definitely could've pushed a little more weight & definitely more sets. Went with Chest & Bis on the P/RR/S routine today.. Workout was as followed.

    2/26 Chest & Bis

    Start time: 12:35
    Start weight: 204

    DB bench:
    45x10, 70x10, 100x6, 105x5, 110x4

    DB incline bench:
    50x10, 70x6, 80x5, 90x4

    Weighted dips:
    BW+60x6, BW+70x5, BW+75x4

    Pec deck:
    150x6, 160x5, 170x5, 180x4

    BB curl:
    45x10, 75x10, 105x6, 115x5, 125x4

    EZ bar preacher curl:
    65x10, 85x6, 95x5, 105x4

    Alt DB hammer curl:
    35x10, 45x6, 50x5, 55x5

Low cable curl: (EZ bar style attach)
    70x10, 100x6, 110x5, 120x5

    End time: 1:57
    End weight: 204.8

Gettin some cardio in tonight as a coworker asked me to go play some pickup basketball with him later. Will be throwing a scoop of compete in my gallon water jug as it has helped previously.

OO bro, def nothing wrong with it, just being a bodybuilder, I've only ever cared about how I look, so like you keep a journal of numbers, I keep a journal of pictures.

We are all so different, yet all identical

Just got home from a nice Chest & Tri workout. Did my scoop of Hemavol & compete pre, but left my Compete jug on the counter when I left. So I decided to improvise & drink about 2/3rds of my shake on the way, & sporadically add water to it throughout my workout. Gotta do what you gotta do! Even though I didn't have a full scoop of Compete pre & intra, endurance was definitely far greater than the day I couldn't use it at all. Higher rep range week but busted through each set. Pump was great, chest felt like it was going to explode by the time I got to the pec deck. Vascularity was just as good as usual. Had my sleeves pushed up to my elbow & could definitely see the veins popping. I'm gonna have to pick up this combo well before this sponsored log is up. Anyways, workout was as followed.

    3/4 Chest & Tris

    Start time: 3:45
    Start weight: 202.5

    BB Decline Bench:
    135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 235x9

    Incline DB bench: (45/30/15dg)
    60x10, 70x10, 80x9

    Incline DB Flye: (45/30/15dg)
    45x10, 50x10, 55x10

    Pec Deck:
    130x10, 140x10, 150x8

    Weighted dips:
    BW+45x10x4

    Tate press:
    45sx10x3

    V-bar Tricep pushdown:
    70x10, 80x10, 85x10

    End time: 4:48
    End weight: 203.4

All in all, pretty happy when I left the gym. Hitting back & bis in the morning, update will follow.

Just got back from a great back & bis workout. Did the usual scoop of Hemavol & compete pre, & a scoop of compete sipped intra. Lat pumps were the most predominant today. Thought my back was gonna snap inside itself while I was flexing. Vascularity was top notch being a bicep day. Veins popping harder with each rep. Endurance is still the front runner benefit of this combo. The energy capacity is just far superior now than before I got my hands on this stuff. Anyways, here's how my workout looked.

    3/5 Back & bis

    Start time: 11:09
    Start weight: 200.5

    Close grip weighted chins:
    BWx10, BW+25x10, BW+30x9, BW+35x8

    Wide grip T bar row:
    70x10, 90x10, 45+bandx12

    Full range V bar pulldown:
    100x10, 110x10, 120x10

    1 arm Meadow row:
    75x10, 85x10, 90x10

    Incline alt DB curl:
    30sx10, 35sx9, 40sx8 (DS) 25sx12

    Low cable curl:
    80x10, 90x10, 100x10

    1 arm DB spider curl:
    20x10, 25x10, 30x9

    BB curl burnout:

I've tried it probably once this whole run. I usually just pop a 500mg agmatine pill with it & go. I might go 2 scoops hema AND the agmatine pill tomorrow for shoulders/upper back :P

Had an off day yesterday. Just played some pick up basketball for about 2-3 hours at the local YMCA. Had 2 intense lifting sessions, went to a very... "Physical" concert Tuesday night & honestly, I'm pretty sore right now. So I'm just gonna get some core work in at home before work, & hit legs & shoulders tomorrow.

It's actually a split I enjoy. It's not too taxing as the shoulders aren't a large muscle group but you still get a great full body workout.

Had a pretty nice leg & shoulder workout today. Went pretty high reps today & the compete definitely helped me push through that. Quads were pumped doing slow rep leg extensions with a negative the last few reps. Vascularity in my delts were still popping when I got home from the gym a half hour later. All & all, happy about today. Here's what my workout looked like.

    3/8 Legs & shoulders/upper back

    Start time: 11:15
    Start weight: 200

    Hack squat:
    135x10, 225x12, 275x11, 315x10

    1 leg leg press:
    135x15, 155x15, 185x13

Leg extension: (slow reps with negatives last 3)

Forgot to post my Saturday Abs & cardio workout. Had my pre shake of 1 scoop compete & Hemavol, & sipped one scoop compete throughout my workout. Couldn't really notice the effects on pump & vascularity but endurance helped me almost double my usual cardio time. Here's kind of an outline on how the workout went.

    3/9 Abs & Cardio

    Start time: 10:15
    Start weight: 199.3

    5 minute jog & stretch

    Kneeling cable crunch (70lb)
    (SS)
Romanian chair leg raises (30lb DB between feet)
    (SS)
    Decline Bench twists (35lb plate)
    3x20

    1 minute front plank
    (SS)
    30 second each side plank
    3 sets

    3 minute treadmill jog
    15 minute HIIT (30 second sprint/jog intervals)
    2 minute cool down walk.

    End time: 11:00
    End weight: 199.5

This is shock week of my PRRS & I'll be hitting the gym shortly for chest & tris. I have a approximately 10 scoops of both products, so I'll probably use 2 scoops Hemavol from here our to end them at the same time. That way I can judge the effects between 1 & 2 scoops.

Wow.. That's all I can really say right now. If you read my last post, I said I would be dosing Hemavol at 2 scoops & man.. Was that a great idea. The combination of the double dose & supersets/drop sets I did today honestly gave me the best pump I've ever had in the gym. Muscle fullness was out of this world. I could barely wash my hair in the shower. Pump was so intense in both my chest & my triceps. Endurance definitely helped me push through the grueling supersets. Taste was even better with a combo of 3 Lemon Drop scoops. The local county fair lemon shake up is the only thing that comes to mind to compare it to. Absolutely delicious. Anyways, here is a outline of what I did today.

    3/11 Chest & Tris

    Start time: 2:35
    Start weight: 198.5

    High cable crossover:
    70x15, 80x15 , 90x13
    (SS)
    Low cable crossover:
    40x15, 50x15 , 60x12

    Flat bench DB flyes:
    40x15, 50x13, 55x11
    (SS)
    Dips:
    BWx15, BWx12, BWx10

    Smith machine bench:
    225x8 (DS) 205x9 (DS) 185x11

    EZ bar skullcrushers:
    65x15, 85x13, 95x11
    (SS)
    EZ bar close grip bench:
    65x15, 85x15, 95x13

    V bar pushdown:
    60x15, 70x14, 90x12
    (SS)
    Tate press:
    35x15, 35x13, 40x11

    OH Tricep extension:
    100x10 (DS) 90x11 (DS) 80x10

    End time: 3:19
End weight: 200 (1.5lb of swolleness!)

Can't wait to see what the rest of this week's workouts have in store with me.

Sup guys? Forgot to post up my workout from yesterday so I'll go ahead & do that now. Just gonna get some fasted LISS in this morning on my off day. Anyways, about yesterday.. Went with 2 scoops Hemavol & 1 scoop Compete pre-workout & 1 scoop Compete intra. Had Back & Bis and it was shock week so supersets and dropsets. The pumps at 2 scoops are ridiculous. The muscles involved get so swollen up and full that it's a love/hate feeling. lol vascularity is the most profound on this day. Doing Incline DB curls is my favorite now just because of the veins. Endurance is definitely contributing to pushing through my workouts day in & day out. Here's a layout of how yesterday's workout went.

    3/12 Back & Bis

    Start time: 12:01
    Start weight: 197.5

Sup guys? Forgot to post my workout earlier. Ran some errands & played some basketball for a few hours. Anyways, getting down to the end of both tubs.. sad story.. lol anyways. Hit legs & shoulders today with 2 scoops Hemavol & 1 scoop Compete pre, then another scoop of Compete intra. As stated in the last 2 workouts, this is shock week of PRRS which is kind of taxing on the endurance, but this combo definitely helped me push through that. This is the first high rep let workout I've done in awhile & without this stack, I doubt I could have done it. Leg pumps were pretty brutal. One of those pleasant pains though. Shoulder work was nice as well. Here's how the workout went.

    3/14 Legs & Shoulders

    Start time: 12:45
    Start weight: 198

    Leg press:
    315x15, 405x12, 495x10
    (SS)
    Leg Extension:
    100x15, 120x12, 140x10

    ATG squats:
    185x15, 225x12, 275x9
    (SS)
    Hyperextensions: (10 sec negatives)
    BWx15, BWx12, BWx10

    Hack squats:
    315x12 (DS) 225x10 (DS) 135x10

    BB shrug:
    225x15, 275x12, 315x10
    (SS)
    Seated DB rear flyes:
    25x15, 30x12, 35x10

    DB shoulder press:
    45x15, 50x12, 55x10
    (SS)
    DB upright rows:
    30x15, 35x12, 40x10

Cable front raise: (all 3 sets w/ 1 arm then switch)
    60x10 (DS) 50x10 (DS) 40x10

    End time: 1:50
    End weight: 199.8

Probably have enough powder to get in 2 more workouts & then I'll post a final review. If any of the iForce guys wanna stop in & let me know where all I should post a final review, that'd be appreciated. Once again, thanks for letting me run this.

Alrighty guys, so this will be my last workout post before I give a final review. I'm officially all out of Hemavol & Compete! (well, the log-provided tubs ) Have enough for a little less than 2 scoops Hemavol & 1 scoop Compete pre-workout, & then had about a scoop and a quarter Compete! intra. Today was a power chest & tri day of PRRS. The low rep/high weight is definitely taxing on stamina, but not with this combo. Usually when i would go anywhere under 5 reps, I would take 3-5 minutes between reps just to recover. Today, I didn't wait more than about 90 seconds between sets before i felt recovered & wanting to hit another set. Pump has always been prominent with this combo, no matter what weight & rep range I was hitting. Vascularity is always there as well. Anyways, here's a layout of my last workout with the iForce stack!

    3/18 Chest & Tris

    Start time: 2:18
    Start weight: 195.6

    DB Bench:
    60x10, 80x10, 100x9, 110x7, 120x5, 125x4

    Incline DB bench:
    60x10, 85x10, 100x7, 105x7, 115x4

    Weighted Dips:
    BWx10, BW+45x10, BW+75x7, BW+85x5

    EZ bar skullcrushers:
    75x10, 105x10, 125x8, 135x6, 145x4

    CG bench:
    135x10, 205x10, 225x7, 245x5

    Tricep pressdown:
    80x10, 90x8, 100x7, 120x5

    End time: 3:35
    End weight: 196.2

Final reviews in all described sections coming later!!

    Hemavol & Compete! Final Review:

So today marked my last servings of this iForce sponsored log. In this review, I will be covering all aspects of these products, along with an honest numbered score on its effectiveness. I will start by explaining about each product first, & then kind of score them together.

So let's start with the Hemavol. When I first joined this board about 6 months ago, I read through about every thread that I could, & I remember that any thread I clicked on that was related to pre-workouts, Hemavol was always mentioned. So when i came across this promo & a chance to log it, I checked out the profile & it seemed pretty promising. The thing that sparked my interest the most was that it was a non-stim pre & prior to this, I had yet to have tried one. Also, I had never tried a product with GMS in it as well. The thing that I liked the most about Hemavol was it wasn't proprietary blend & it had ingredients that I had used in bulk that i enjoyed (Citrulline Malate, Agmatine, Niacin, B12)

Next, for Compete, the only intra supplement i've used prior was Bulk unflavored BCAA's & a few workouts with Fruit Punch Modern BCAA. The most interesting thing about the Compete was the fact that instead of BCAA's, iForce decided to use whey hydrolysate. Also, the 2 different forms of L-Carnitine & electrolyte formula was very intriguing. I also like the addition of Citrulline Malate in addition to the Hemavol content.

    Taste: 9.5/10
For my stack, I received both tubs of Lemon Drop. I have always been a fan of lemon(ade) flavored drinks, but had yet to have a lemon flavored supplement, so I didn't really know what to expect. Let me just say, the pre-workout shake of 1 scoop Hemavol & 1 scoop Compete was hands down the best pre drink I've ever tasted. I honestly looked forward to drinking this every day just for the taste. My initial thought was that it tasted like a lemon shake-up from the county fair, & i continued to think that until the end. The intra shake was just as good, just not as profound of a taste because it was only 1 scoop. I would refill my shaker bottle up at about 1/3 way empty & it still tasted good being even more watered down. I followed a few other logs of this where people had different flavors, but i decided to re-order lemon drop of both. Too good to pass up!

    Vascularity: 8/10
I actually really enjoyed this aspect of these products, mainly from the Hemavol. During this log, I saw veins I had never seen before, even during a bulking stage, mostly in my delts, a few in my legs & even more on my forearms. The best thing about this part was that the veins were popping all day long, no matter if it was an on or off day. I had several people eye me heavy in the gym when curling & what not, probably thought I was on the juice. lol

    Rest Between Sets: 9/10
This combo alone helped me cut down to about half of the rest between set times I had previously had to use before running these. Not only did this help in between sets, but it cut down my overall workout time. That alone would make me run this again because I hate sitting there trying to recover. I'm already an impatient person so that does not help.

    Endurance: 10/10
Probably my favorite effect of these products. When I got the the gym each day, I never wanted to leave. I added more reps and more sets almost every work out, just because I didn't get tired nearly as fast as I did before. This not only helped me do more reps, but it actually helped me bust through a few plateaus, which i would assume was because of the added sets.

During DOMs: 8/10 Next Day DOMs: 5/10
As I stated with the rest between sets, this combo definitely helped me recover faster. No matter if it was a warm-up set at the beginning of my workout or the last set at the end of my workout, I always felt like it was the first set. It was kind of crazy. I was obviously pretty wore out by the end but this helped me push harder through workouts than ever. The reason I gave the next day DOMs a 5 is because I honestly didn't see a difference from before I used this. I was pretty much sore the day after a workout, no matter which group.

All in all, this was an amazing run. I would highly recommend this combo, or each product on it's own, to anybody looking to push further in their workouts than they ever have before. I ordered more of both of these products before I even finished my log. iForce has definitely added a customer from this, & I want to thank VaughnTrue & the entire team again for the awesome opportunity to run their products.
