Spent a lot of time on shoulders and lats/back today. Had a sick pump and really helped enhance the "V" shape of my upper body.
Pullups / Bosu pushups:
15/15, 13/15, 12/15
Roc-it mid rows:
I don't think you need me to tell you that Hemavol + arm workouts = sick pumps.

Yeah, I've got some work around the waist to do, but once i start my cut I should have a pretty good foundation underneath that come out. Some chest separation would be good but I know it's only like 5 lbs away.

Gotta admit today was not my best workout. Just felt lethargic all day; didn't sleep particularly well last night and I think that carried over today.
Rack pulls: 250/5,5,4, 200/8
Barbell shoulder raises: 70/8,8,7
Single arm barbell rows: 70/7,7,6
Farmers walks: 70/2 trips across gym x 2
Not much of a workout, but I figured something today was better than nothing. Mentally wiped from paper load at work and a bad night's sleep. Hopefully tomorrow's better.

Last couple days I've been unusually fatigued. Came home yesterday and slept for a few hours and still haven't been getting good sleep at night. Figured its better to take a bit of a break and then I can finish strong this weekend. I have off from work next week so I should be able to recharge my batteries and get back on the horse!

Spent today focusing on some shoulder work. Took the last few days off due to lethargy and some poor sleep, maybe even some stress from paper load at work. All that's taken care of and I have a week off coming up, so back at it!

Still feeling pumped and energized! 3 or four more workouts left in the log I believe. Dosing is at 2 scoops Hemavol preworkout. Good way to blow up!

Today I hit a number I never thought I would: 610. Highest amount I've ever moved in a session and it felt damn good!
Plate loaded squat press:
360/10 80 sec rest

Monday will probably be my last day for the log because I think tomorrow will be a rest day, and I have the Sabres/Penguins game in the afternoon. It's been a heck of a run with great products, and I'll sum up my experiences with a final review very soon!

Last workout of the log:
Flying pushups/Bosu pushup set:
15/15, 13/10, 10/8 80 sec rest
--right off the bat, arms and chest got so swollen and engorged that I couldn't do more reps. Not fatigue or muscle exhaustion, but it became very difficult to bend and move!
Hex bar rows:
--heaviest weight and reps for this exercise yet

Roc-it lat pulldowns:
The pic in the previous post was after my workout. Taking a self-pic like that doesn't do justice to the fullness and wideness of my torso after today. Prominent long veins in the biceps and forearms.

BTW: there is a current special where the two are on sale for a VERY low price. This log was probably their way of showing people what to expect using the two. Google is your friend.

Here's what I was asked to comment on:
Insane. Be sure to properly hydrate and the GMS in Hemavol will work its wonders. One pump is good, I've used 1.5 and 2 throughout the log. 1.5 scoops Hemavol and 2 scoops Compete would run out at close to the same time.
Was able to punish myself for grueling sessions of High-Low/Front-Back training, and even for extended traditional sessions of upper-only, legs-only, or total body. Never felt like I couldn't do what I wanted to do in the gym. Only disappointing workouts I had were due to fatigue/stress from my job; nothing that can be blamed on the products.
--rest between sets:
Most workouts were kept to 40 seconds between sets for arm workouts, 60-80 for chest/back, 80-120 sec for high volume/weight leg exercises. Heart rate was still elevated at these intervals, but some longer rest periods were necessary due to the blood pump in the exercised areas.
Watermelon Hemavol>Lemon. I've used both before and the lemon actually gave me headaches. Watermelon is better by default, but could be a tad stronger.
Tangerine Compete = THE BEST TASTING SUPP EVER.
Probably could have worked out 4/5 times a week or more consecutive days, but the punishment I put myself through demanded some rest. Did do cardio on off days, so even after a leg day previous, still was able to hit the elliptical.
NEVER FELT THEM. I don't know how this could be; I pushed myself as hard as I ever did, and I can't figure what exactly in either formula reduced DOMs to the point of non-existence.
If you have the means, run this stack. It is versatile and effective. Hemavol especially is good on its own and also stacks well with other formulas if you're so inclined. Compete is just awesome; intra, pre, post, in a water jug throughout the day: this needs to be in you!
