  3. Compare it to other pre workouts. I know this is only the first dose/day. But compared to others, what do you think? Anything different?

  4. Focus seemed to be better than other pwos, pump was on par with jack3d. Taste was better than most. I would rate it fairly well so far.

    Hola amigos!! Felt pretty good going into my workout tonight. I have really been pushing myself to reach certain goals. Still loving the taste of the Hemavol/Compete mix. I also really like having the Compete to sip throughout my workout. Tonight was back and bis. I was feeling confident and ready to get it going.

  7. My forearms , elbows and wrists are really sore tonight all of it stemming from The pinkie side of my arm not sure if it's from the spider curls or going up on db curls.

    Off day today. Had some Compete early this evening. I like the fact that you can drink it everyday. I find myself really looking forward to the taste. Very little doms today.

    Ok this stuff is becoming an addiction. I look forward to the time when I can drink it and hit the gym. Great pump and I simply don't get tired. Had an awesome workout tonight. Hit a couple more PRs getting closer to my big goals. Hemavol and Compete seem to be that final piece of the stack that's going to get me there.

    Great workout tonight!! Feeling pretty sore right now, having some back pumps and joint pain. Seems like since I've started Hemavol and Compete that the muscle soreness is gone fairly quickly though. Tonight was legs and shoulders.
