    Hola amigos!! Felt pretty good going into my workout tonight. I have really been pushing myself to reach certain goals. Still loving the taste of the Hemavol/Compete mix. I also really like having the Compete to sip throughout my workout. Tonight was back and bis. I was feeling confident and ready to get it going.

  2. My forearms , elbows and wrists are really sore tonight all of it stemming from The pinkie side of my arm not sure if it's from the spider curls or going up on db curls.

    Off day today. Had some Compete early this evening. I like the fact that you can drink it everyday. I find myself really looking forward to the taste. Very little doms today.

    Just drank my Hemavol and Compete. Picking out my playlist and heading to the gym. Legs/ shoulders today.

  8. What's up fellas??? Had a good night at the gym tonight. Hit another PR on squats. Set a goal of 405 for reps by the end of the month. One more leg day before then.

    Off day today. Legs and lower back are pretty sore. Good reason to get a massage from the wife.

    Ok this stuff is becoming an addiction. I look forward to the time when I can drink it and hit the gym. Great pump and I simply don't get tired. Had an awesome workout tonight. Hit a couple more PRs getting closer to my big goals. Hemavol and Compete seem to be that final piece of the stack that's going to get me there.

    Great workout tonight!! Feeling pretty sore right now, having some back pumps and joint pain. Seems like since I've started Hemavol and Compete that the muscle soreness is gone fairly quickly though. Tonight was legs and shoulders.

    It is really helping me to stay pumped and focused, and the Compete really seems to help me stay hydrated and the added bonus is its like a tasty treat!! I honestly don't get tired. I'm really able to push myself harder each time.

    I do this all the time - also mix some Compete with soda water when dieting to take away some of my Mountain Dew cravings. Not a big fan of artificial sweeteners in diet soda, just doesn't taste right to me.
