I know the video is short...bad videographer.

As you can see, the veins in my arms are exploding (that's exploding because they normally don't show up very well)

    Anyways BACK DAY!

    Deads
    5x5 225, 275, 275, 275, 295 Then 345 and 365 deads with straps...still pulled 365 but a long way from my old max of 535.

    Pull ups 10x5

    Cable Rows

    5x5 @ 160,160,160,175,175

    Lat Pull Downs

    5x5 @ 160

    Two mile run

Tried Four caps today...thought I tweaked my back...No, just a massive freaking pump! It's fine now
Great workout Bro! I had a hard time watching the video because I don't have slow motion lol its hard to find a good camera man haha

    Gracias... I had a:

    405 squat
    535 dead
    315 bench

And that was me... Now I'm a lot smaller but trying to get the strength back. It was unconventional and I couldn't run........

    Update
Friday's updates that I forgot to include. Sorry, busy weekend.

I worked out three times on Friday! Had some extra time and never felt sore. Two four cap doses of Swoll-N. Moving up to 6 today for chest!

    Early morning cardio
    400M tempo run
    20 Squats/20 pushups/20 sit ups
    Repeat 4x

    1.5 hours later
Legs day...light day to let legs heal from running
    10x5 @ 135/205

    Deep Squats 3 sets of 135 / 2 sets of 205
    Front Squats 5x10@135
Leg Extensions 5x30 lighter weight (not sure)...Pump was nuts. **** actually hurt!
Stiff leg deads 5x5@135...had to do light because back was still taxed

    Workout #3
    Shoulders/Traps

    Standing Push Press
    5x5@135, 155 2 sets 135 / 3 sets 155 (1 set of 185x2)
    /Superset 5 pull ups, 10 push-ups
    Hang Cleans
    5x5@135
    /superset push-ups
    Seated DB Press
    5x5 @ 75#

Quick workouts geared towards keeping my cardio up.

Not much of a pump on the shoulder workout...But it was a quick workout with low reps... That leg workout was great for pumps. Even had some vascularity in my inner quads...which I've never seen. I'm lean but genetically not very vascular.

That's where the pump came in. Wow. Lats felt tight as hell.

Dragging ass today. Bad day in class, early morning, no workout partner, busy schedule.

Not much of a pump until those final sets of lat pull downs... Not really a workout geared towards pumps either. Forearms got lit up though. Veinage everywhere.

Been getting comments from friends nd workout partners that I'm looking leaner and more vascular. Thanks NLA!

Sorry bout the injurry Big Man! I'm glad everyone is noticing, Swoll-n isn't designed to just give pumps its designed to get you lean and vascular while burning fat aswell.

For me I know after this injury I've decided I'm gunna get my bf down to 8% with a strict diet and lots of cardio and training with the help of swoll-n I should be looking like a freak

Man I wish swoll-n worked for me as well as everyone else in jealous! I had 4 pills left in my bottle today. Uncapped them and added 6.5 grams of CM into my condense for arm day....pretty much no pump for me. I think it's my low carb diet though cuz sometimes I get crazy pumps other times nothing with the exact same things..../rant

Nice work man gotta love some sprints

Lol, I wish the vascularity stayed around all the time. My veins pop well with SWOLL - N though.

I'm the same way. I'm hitting less than 75-100 carbs a day most of time about <75. Some days ill carb up if I'm running that day. But a carb up is like 150 lol. I notice a lot of bloat on carb days and I hate it. It's keeping me running low carbs and living on AI caffeine pills. With Swoll n I have only had a couple days of lil to no pump which is a lot of my workout isn't geared for big pumps.
