What up dudes? I was supposed to start this log a week ago but I got some sick infection and I've been on steroids for a week. Not the kind you post about in the Anabolic Section unfortunately!
Anyways. This is going to a somewhat unconventional log because I want to try something a little different. Everyone can read a workout and say "wow, this dude got really good pumps." I'm gonna explore a little deeper.
This week, I'm going to get body measurements of legs, arms, chest, delts (not pumped) Then on certain workout days, I'm gonna measure post-workout and see how they compare. I'll post workouts on top of it.
The only thing PWO I will use with SWOLL-N is a 200mg dose of caffeine. I'm running a Methyl-Synephrine/Caffeine/TT-33 stack with a cal deficient diet consisting of around 50g of carbs a day. I may post diet info on certain days if I feel it is relevant to the scenario. I will also compare the pumps on high carb days too.
If anyone has any suggestions or wants any info from this log, ask. I'm down to try anything.
My workouts are a bit unconvientional lately. I am trying to hit the gym twice a day three days a week. One workout is geared around strength and endurance. Heavy lifting with cals and body weight workouts supersets and combined pyramids at the end. The others are rucks and long runs for time. I'm preparing to apply for special operations this December so I am preparing for this. In doing so, I am cutting around 2% BF and trying to keep my endurance and strength up. I've read in some other logs that guys are using SWOLL-N as a solo PWO and seeing some endurance effects from it. I know my body and I will be able to distinguish between the caffeine and if it's something else. I've been using the MS/C stack for neary two weeks. It will not interfere with the log.
