my strength always increases every week on a bulk, but i definitely noticed it on squat. i was repping 315 for 10 and i never get 10, usually more around 5-6. placebo or the products? who knows.

haven't updated in a few days, this **** is awesome. my physique looks more chiseled every day even though i'm still eating 4000 calories a day. my lower abs are coming in and i'm loving this. can't wait for the next 4 weeks.

Strength and recovery are insane. Seriously upped my workload a ton and I can easily hit the heavy compounds bi and tri weekly. My legs are blowing the **** up and my back is getting much thicker. (I've been focusing on my weak points)

Seriously props to PES these are great products. My facial hair is getting darker and thicker too, I don't know if that's because I'm 20, if it's because I've been doing more heavy squats and deadlifts, or because this stack.
