Only 5 hours of sleep last night which is not a lot after a heavy leg day but had to work late and back at work in the morning for a 18 hour shift. But its overtime so no complaining but did have a 2.5 hour break in between so I was able to hit the gym.

255x4 Immediate drop set to:
Cable crossover (Superset with 80lb dumbell pullovers to failure. 4 sets )
57.5x5 All sets were supersets
10 min oblique
Got called into work for some overtime so only had time for 18 min cardio. Hit stair stepper for 18 min and burned 315 calories. This 18 min burned.
Vascularity keeps improving as well.

Also, today was the last day of OxyEcaBlack but I still have hyper T2. I will continue the thread until day 30 using the T2. More fat burning to come.
Still progressing. Today is a cheat day and rest day...this equals disaster but it's superbowl Sunday.
