Diet was great today. This is how low I usually keep my cals when cutting. Felt good today as well no energy issues.
I'm really missing the sleep I was getting on LeCheek's MassHGH a couple months ago. Sleep has been about 6-6.5 hours a night on average I have to try and get that up.
Started with 15 min cardio on treadmill slower than I usually do. Burned 230 calories and ran 1.4 miles.

Diet is still on point. I'm finally starting to see my body shape up. Vascularity is starting to show, was crazy vascular during arm day. Excited for these last fee days of the stack.

Yeah the vascularity is always a good motivator and the stepper is my new best fiend.
Going in to the gym later today or a leg day which always fun plus add the stepper and it's a miserable party at the end
Killing legs right now
Good diet once again. Starting to see a difference everyday when I look in the mirror. When I wake up I can see my abs trying to poke out more and more. Man I'm looking forward for the next couple months and happy this stack is giving me a great start to a new physique.
