Another good diet day, I've been on point lately which is great. I also have been just taking the T2 but I still feel an elevated temperate while working it and still sweating good during the workouts.
Never do machines so to switch it up I threw a lot machine sets in. Short rest periods to try and burn more calories and I was short on time. No cardio warm up today either.

i started out on just the ht2 then added oxyblack, so i know how well it works, it also made me want to eat more--probably due to the extreme thermo!!!

Yea I do always have the munchies but I'm fighting then pretty well. And the T2 also keeps me alert in the am just like it did when I took it with the OxyEcaBlack

Routine going good, diet is still good but should have fit another meal in.

Took 1.75 scoops of speedx3 before workout and actually felt that tingling feeling which I love. It provided a great pump early on in the workout and vascularity was popping out. I feel like I'm getting my mojo back, lol. Arms finally started to look swole again and the vascularity helps.

Don't be afraid to eat more protein if you're hungry. Looking great buddy I'm a little shocked at how low your protein is though. Lol I'm eating anywhere from 300-350g/day. Any ways bro seriously you're killing this!

I like my protein around 300 and in the beginning of the log I was hitting the 300 mark, it's just hard to get those extra meals in during work sometimes. Ill try and make more efforts or chug an extra shake. Thanks man

Diet still good, got my protein higher today. Made a point to get my meals in. Killed legs today. A couple days left of the log.
12 min cardio to start. Burned 205 calories and ran 1.2 miles.

I split this up before and after the workout. Forgot my phone and didn't log workout. I mixed it up today though and superset everything. Did a lot of cable work and machine work as well. Great burn today. Working now so I don't have the time to put the entire workout on this post.

First off thanks Matty and Marms. You guys have been very generous and helpful during my logs with Lecheek and I really appreciate it.
End weight: 209.6
Overall: 9/10 no complaints. Lost weight and gained a lot of confidence.
Fat loss: 8.5/10 this product assisted with my loss of 7 lbs in 30 days. My diet was slightly off the first two weeks and the last two weeks this product really came in to play. There were days I looked in the mirror, i looked leaner but when I weighed myself I had no change in body weight. I believe no muscle was sacrificed this last month and that fat loss was optimized.
Appetite suppression: 9/10 I naturally have a sweet tooth and like to pick at food all day. I found myself picking less, at meals I would eat less and have to force feed myself. I had a problem with getting all my meals in and I think a reason for this was bc my appetite was not present. I would go 4-5 hours without eating at times and have to force feed myself a shake or meal. I was able to keep my cals under 1,800-2,000 the last two weeks and it was very easy to do.
Enhanced mental focus: 9/10 I wake early in the morning and took this product ASAP. I would be alert at work, I would not Have a groggy feeling, and I would be alert. I often "drag" the first 2 hours of work or so but I didn't have this problem while on this product. It also lasted throughout the day, my after lunch slump was often absent as well.
Crash: 9/10 I did not have any crash feeling with this product and by the time the second dose was taken I was ready to hit the gym.
Dosing: 10/10 very easy dosing. 1 pill in the morn and 1 in the afternoon. Capsules were also easy to swallow.
Side effects: 9/10 no sides to note. Slight jitters the first couple days but body got used to it after a while.
Mood: 8/10 I'm always In a good mood and this didn't change. That being said I didn't feel short tempered or miserable at all. So my mood stayed enhanced.
Thermo effect: 9/10 always sweating at gym and body temp felt elevated at all times, especially after taking the product.
Overall: 9/10 I have no complaints. Weight loss was prevalent and sweating was crazy.
Thermo effect: 9/10 throughout this stack I felt as though my body was a little warmer and it didn't really show until I did physicals energy. I would sweat like crazy at the gym and it would start early on.
Fat loss: 8.5/10 lost 7 lbs and def know the product works. Some sites claim targeting of midsection fat and "love handles". I def lost weight in those areas but I had a high fat percentage so it's not very obvious.
GH release: can't give this a legit rating bc I honestly don't know what it did as far as high GH. I will say I slept well while on this product. Not like with hgh mass but better than I do regularly.
Dosing: 9/10 dosing was good. 1 pill in the morn and 1 in the afternoon. I liked the bright orange pill bc it made it easy to remember if I took the pill. Since I take several pills in the morning.
Side effects: 9/10 none to note. Minor jitters when taken with OxyEcaBlack at the same time but this was eliminated by splitting dosing by a couple minutes.
I can't personally decipher exactly what product worked better in certain areas due to them being stacked. But together they worked great. I can attest to the hyper t2 assisting in the thermo effect bc that was not lost once I ran out of OxyEcaBlack. I stayed sweating, feeling elevated temp, and burning fat.
Both these products worked great together and I enjoyed using them. I rated them high bc I feel as though they did what the company claimed. I am a firm believer in supps being just an assistance and I don't expect them to make miracles. These products assisted in my fat loss and I could physically feel my body temp being higher and noticed increased sweating which,if anything, I enjoy feeling while lifting.
I notice a difference,from the start of This log until now, in my physique and in my confidence moving forward with my fat loss. And I feel like the pics do not compliment my actually 30 day progress. I feel that in person I appear a little learner.
