Long day at work but Diet was good. Got family dinner tonight so have to make smart choices.

100 +pull-ups different positions Superset with wide grip lat pull down
260x8 Full rack
135x15 feeling crazy tired already
315x10 drained and dead/weak
405x6 Had more in me but I punked out
Bendover bb row (t bar position)
175x4 want to faint
225x8 super dead
Label cable pulley
Superset abs throughout workout
Ended with 20 min cardio.
This was a crazy workout today. I was exhausted from the start. Probably because the only carb source I had before the workout was broccoli and whatever is in my protein shake.
Went out to dinner ordered a sirloin steak with double steamed broccoli. I did have some chips and guac which made my calories and carbs. I needed them though bc workout had me crazy drained.
