Diet good again today. I had a couple Reese's pieces today and they were delicious lol.
Started with 20 min treadmill. Just under 2.5 miles and 400 calories. Good sweat.
Standing dumbbell lateral raises
Standing military shoulder press BB
Bent over DB lateral raises
Standing DB front raises
Rear delt machine flys
295x 5 Full rack
Ended with several sets of BB shoulder shrugs @ 135 and 225 lbs high reps of 15-20 Also worked in high pulls during shrugs. Sets of 5 at 135
15 min oblique work to end weights
Ended workout with 30 min stair stepper. Over 400 calories per machine

After one week I thought I would see more results. I am not worried about it but the way my body works I usually see results quick. I'm thinking by next Saturday I should see results and ill post up the pics. I'm happy with my motivation level and being consistent with cardio. Unfortunately tomorrow night I am going out of town for 1 night with a group of friends. I will pack food for the drive and the stay so this way I skip restaurants and I will drink all my liquor straight, no mixed drinks. I plan on waking early and hitting the gym for a leg day. I refuse to miss the gym tomorrow. I will make the alcohol my "cheat meal" for the week and keep my diet good. I also plan on going for a nice run through the streets of Manhattan before I go out. Sunday will be a rest day. Lets hope I stick with this.

Called off work to get my workout in before I leave for the night.
Started with 17 min cardio. Did 2 miles on treadmill and 340 calories burned

Cooked some chicken breast and broccoli and left to NYC. Eaten all my meals for the day and macros are good will have a late night shake. Will be drinking tonight so carbs will be extra high but not calculated. Have diet coke and crown royal. Did hit the city and completed a 45 min cardio session through the streets. Good sweat and great session.

Tons of liquor last night and I did eat some IHOP as well. It's ok back at it today with my diet, I am hungover and it's hard to eat good when hungover.

Yesterday was a rest day and I was hungover so my diet wasn't perfect but was not overall bad. Sluggish today with no energy. Had the munchies so resorted to peanut butter, honey, and apples. This brought my fat and carbs up but not a bad diet overall for the day.
Started with 35 min stairclimber. Over 500 calories and a good cardio session.
Went to bicep and triceps. Did several sets of both, a lot of cable and DB work. Fast paced. To fast to log my workout lol. Did take some speedx3 which really helped get me through being sluggish and had tons of energy but wasted a lot of it on that 35 min cardio. It felt good though. Did some ab work as well.
Ended with 25 min stair climber cardio. Just under 350 calories.

Haven't been at work the last couple days which makes it hard to keep my diet perfect, it hasn't been overall bad though. I have been tryin to get my good fats up bc my fats have been to low. I am eating more peanut butter bc I Love it. Calories are also going to be higher due to this.

Diet good today. Feeling good and feel like I'm only a couple days away from seeing results just kick in.
Started with 10 min cardio on treadmill. Did 1.3 miles in that time And burned 220 calories. Walked it out for another 2 min after this 10 min.
Pull ups 3 different positions 9 sets total. 90 reps total
405x6 used to get this for 10 with no prob. Side effects of low carbs I guess

Another good day, I did have a small bit if ice cream and some homemade garlic Alfredo on whole wheat pasta. Both in small amounts but didn't change macros to much.
Started with 20 min treadmill at decent pace. Did 2.4 miles in that 20 min and burned around 420 calories. Did a 5 min cool down after this for a total of 25 min cardio 475 calories and 2.8 miles.

Reverse pec deck

Body is starting to get comfortable with the thermo effect. I can feel it kick it, body getting a little warm, but I don't get light headed or upset stomach like I did the first couple days. Also sweat at workouts are heavy.
Snacked today a little. Had some Reese's pieces but nothing crazy and some oatmeal which upped my carbs today.
Bicep and tricep
Started with 30 min cardio. First 20 min I completed 2.4 miles and burned just under 400 calories. Last 10 min was 5 min light jog and 5 min walking incline. Total 30 min was 3.1 miles and 515 calories.
Then went to arms. Didn't log my workouts but I did standing bb curls, standing DB hammer curls, seated incline Db curls, and ended with spider curls. For triceps I did skull crushers, DB kickbacks, lying tricep DB skull crushers, Dips and standing Tricep DB overhead extensions.
Finished with 10 min ab work. Was exhausted and had no time for cardio afterward.
Big snow storm so getting to gym was hard but I did it.

Day 15... Great leg day
Did some snacking early in the day but not enough to be a problem and it was all before my workout.
Started with 16 min treadmill cardio. First 10 min did 1.25 miles and burned 215 calories. Ended with 16 min treadmill with 285 calories burned and 1.75 miles completed.
Leg press (machine worth 75lbs)
1515x1 burned like hell

Lying Leg curls
165x10 full rack
205x. 25 Full rack
10 min oblique work
Finished with 30 min stair stepper. Burned 450 calories. Quads, hammies, calves, all burning. Good leg day.
Had a steak today which brought calories up and fat but protein is high and I've had a very long day. Actually cooking that steak now.

Forgot I took a pic of my last set of leg press yesterday.
Also, I weighed myself today and I am 212.8 and this was taken mid day. This is a loss of 3.8 pounds in the last 16 days. I am starting to see my body lean out and my abs are really trying to come out a little. I will have to update with pics sometime this week for sure.
