    This has less to do with my wang and more to do with a new supplement by NLA.

    Your doing rite bro, in taking it slow coming back from injury, something I might need to take lessons on. Whatever your doing is working. Great frame!

    I wanna get into bb in 2 years. I need a lot to learn as in prepping and such. I'm bulking now, but when I hit 260 or 270 I'm gunna go on a major cut and drop my fat. It will an epic cut for sure. Keep training, your young you just might have the pedegry to competing. Just a thought. Look forward to the rest of the log.

    I'm 230 now, but gunna ramp that up in a few months if my back gets better.

    I'm the opposite, my brain says I'm a stud and body says I am a puss lol. Guess that's what happens when your getting older and making huge leaps too quickly. Slowing the heavy down here on out and focussing on reps and holding my reps. We shall see.

    You got your whole life ahead bro, just take care of your body and make good choices. That's where I ****ed up. But no regrets I love where I am today and love my family and the AM. Keep killing it Bro

    First week of class is over.

    Back still hurts like crazy, I must have pulled something because even lifting plates up to the bar hurts.

    So, pull and leg day are either going to be machine/cable stupid high volume or rest days. Just going to listen to my body.

    Yesterday was push day however and my oh my am I proud of myself.
