This has less to do with my wang and more to do with a new supplement by NLA.

Coming off a broken hand this summer. I'm barely passing around where I was.
I could be like 205-210 right now if people weren't so stupid :(

Trust me I don't feel young lol. Especially warming up the cuff for like 5 minutes before any lifts.

Your doing rite bro, in taking it slow coming back from injury, something I might need to take lessons on. Whatever your doing is working. Great frame!

I wanna get into bb in 2 years. I need a lot to learn as in prepping and such. I'm bulking now, but when I hit 260 or 270 I'm gunna go on a major cut and drop my fat. It will an epic cut for sure. Keep training, your young you just might have the pedegry to competing. Just a thought. Look forward to the rest of the log.

would have been second leg day but I am in a dull pain bending my knee or extending it fully. I know its not hurt intensively I probably just have inflammation from a slight bobble I had squatting the other day, oh wellz

Lower back is still pulled and sore. I hate this. Over the past couple days I spent like 30 minutes breaking in my belt. I've had it for a while but it was still stiff as f*ck. so I figured I can do some light back work this week just gotta take all necessary precautions. It's nice and soft now

And I just laugh, it can be a compliment but getting asked what I'm on 10 times in an hour gets annoying lol.

Meh, I can't wear my belt on the leg press we have here. I'd get no depth

My old bud didn't believe I could rep 315 on bench so I went on a quick fiasco and got a good 4 reps in nice and easy. He was impressed.

Actually added some underhand bent over barbell rows. Just cuz they are one of my favorite exercises and my pull day wasn't too great.

I got put in handcuffs today.

Got pulled over for a violation and then my truck was searched for steroids and marijuana.

All because I'm a sarcastic ass hole who is apparently too aggressive. Oh well I gave them a hard time
