Im new to this site. Just made an order to start a 8 week program. Through reading and recommendations I came up with this stack:
1-Anabeta, 1-Anabeta Elite, 500g DAA, 1-Erase, 1-Alphamine, 2- Dopa Munuca, 3-Fenugreek, 1kg Modern BCAA, 500g Monohydrate. 1-cissus xt (ill be coming off meniscus surgery)
I have flashover for my PWO, and have protein, vitamins, fish oils and all the essentials.
I was thinking to do a clean bulk the first 4 weeks, then a recomp for the last 4.
Can anyone recommend a good dosing schedule for me, or any other tips that might help?
