Im new to this site. Just made an order to start a 8 week program. Through reading and recommendations I came up with this stack:
1- , 1- , 500g DAA, 1- , 1- , 2- Dopa Munuca, 3- , 1kg , 500g Monohydrate. 1- (ill be coming off meniscus surgery)
I have for my PWO, and have protein, vitamins, fish oils and all the .
I was thinking to do a clean bulk the first 4 weeks, then a recomp for the last 4.
Can anyone recommend a good dosing schedule for me, or any other tips that might help?
