My chest is still sore so I did steep incline DB presses to get the blood flowing
Side lateral partials
Rev peck deck
Rear delt incl bench destroyer set
Holy **** that last destroyer set took like 5 mins or so these older guys were looking at me funny while I was doing partials and swings like wtf are u doing, but I had a t shirt with a hoodie over it and my shoulders were were so full looked like little balls on my rear delts. **** em I don't see any you guys changing your physique weekly. They've looked the same since I started training here. Lol
