Thanks bro good to have you. All my food is set and adjusted by my coach, I do track it though for my curiosity.

Low days are around 55/20/25 P/C/F
High days are around 40/40/20

Quick update

Talked to the doc and I'm starting 2500ius twice a week of HCG. Retest bloods in 6 weeks. Ill stay on it as long as its helping. Then move to trt when I'm ready. So needless to say Ill only be running Oxy eca and hyper t2 and I'm selling the rest.

Yea I'm only 31. Everything I've checked going back 8 years its always been around 300. No doctor has been willing to help till now. My GP is a moron I told him that last visit lol.
