Today was LEG DAY!!! I was going to do legs tomorrow but we are expecting a snowlater today and tonight so I don't know if I'll be able to make it to the gym tomorrow so I decided to do legs today.
Leg Extensions: 200x10,10 215x10 230x8
Hack Squats: 45x10 45/10x10 45/25x10 45/35x8
Seated Leg Curls: 95x12 110x12 125x12 140x12-the last few reps I really felt the burn on that one
Sled Leg Press: 45x10 2-45x10 2-45/25 in middle x 10 2-45/45 in middle x 10
Seated Calf Raises superset with Standing Calf Raises: 45x25 ss 240x15 45/25x25 ss 260x15 2-45x25 ss 280x10
Hell of a leg workout, my legs are gonna be sore as hell in the next couple days!!
