    I see a huge difference side by side...love handle are smaller overall stomach is smaller and your chest is coming together much nicer at this point

    Hammer Strength Behind the Neck Press: 35X12 40X12 45X12 50X10 35X15
    Rope Cable Facepulls: 20x20 25x20 30x20 35x20 40x20
    Smith Shrugs: 135x15 185x12 205x12
    10 mins medium to high intensity on elliptical

    Felt a real good burn in my delts! Strength/endurance are high. Alpha feeling when lifting and just walking around.
    Also used 6 sprays of 7-keto on my stomach area.

    Breakfast is 3 boiled eggs
    Mid-Morning Snack is greek yogurt
    Lunch is either a can of tuna or a chicken breast
    Mid-Afternoon snack is a protein shake
    Dinner varies

  16. Nice work, in here...!!! A little concerned about the diet, though... IMHO doesn't seem like enough protein... But, that's just my own personal opinion... If it's workin' for ya, can't argue with succes...

    Leg Extension: 215x10 230x10 245x10 260x10 (260 is max weight)
    Body Masters Super Leg Press: 300x12 320x12 340x12 380x7 400x6 (400 is max)
    Seated Leg Curls: 110x12 125x12 140x12 155x9
    Seated Calf Raises superset with Standing Calf Raises: 45x25 ss 340x15 45/35x25 ss 360x15 2-45x25 ss 380x15
    Finished off with 20 mins on stationary bike!

  23. I think that I'm gonna take an extra day off tomorrow. My shoulder is killing me. If you haven't been on my past logs, I've had surgery on both my shoulders. Maybe the extra day off will do it some good. I know the really cold weather isn't helping it out either. Will probably do some ab exercises just so I can do SOMETHING!!
