Smith Bench: 135x10 155x10 185x5 205x2 225x3/4 135x10 The reps in bold/red were both PRs. 225 I got it up to the 3rd peg, 4th peg was my starting point...soo close
Incline DB Press: 40x10,10 45x10,8
Decline DB Press: 30x10,10,10 squeezed my pecs at the top (Thanks Ricky, I really felt these in my lower pecs)
Pec Fly superset Pec Dec: 100x10 ss 40x15 / 110x10 ss 50x15 / 120x10 ss 55x10
Finished up with 10 mins on Elliptical. Wore a hoodie again, I like wearing it to get a good sweat!!
Overall, today was a pretty damn good chest day. I'm feeling stronger and I was excited to break my rep PRs
