  8. I switched into a higher gear this morning, worked out chest and biceps.
    CHEST
    Smith Bench: 135x10 155x10 185x5 205x2 225x1 135x10 - Finally got 225 back up, super pumped about that!!!
    Incline DB Press: 35x10 40x10 45x10 50x5
    Cables (low): 20x10 25x10,10 30x10
    Hammer Strength Iso-Lat Wide Chest: 45x12 45/25x12 45/35x12 2-45x8
    Incline Around the World: 10x10 - had to attempt these, I will try them again my next workout after viewing the video again on the proper way

    BICEPS
    Cable Rope Curls: 50x10 55x10 60x10 65x10
    Barbell Curls: 70x8 80x3 50x10(drop set)
    Standing Hammer Curls: 30x10,10 35x10 odd reps were 1 arm, even reps were both arms together

    ABS
    Nautilus Ab Machine: 90# 2x15
    Leg Lifts off Bench (holding 5#DB with feet): 2x15

    Today was once again a stellar workout, I'm feeling stronger and looking more cut!!

  10. Looking at the 1st pic I took and the pic I took today, to me, it looks like I've lost some of my "love handles".
    Does anyone else see that or am I just imagining it?

    I see a huge difference side by side...love handle are smaller overall stomach is smaller and your chest is coming together much nicer at this point

    I notice it as well. Can really tell when the pics are side by side. Keep killing it CK!! Hopefully my love handles are shrinking too

    Felt a real good burn in my delts! Strength/endurance are high. Alpha feeling when lifting and just walking around.
    Also used 6 sprays of 7-keto on my stomach area.
