  2. Cario day today! Took a different approach to my cardio. I started out with a warm-up of jumping jacks, punching on the heavy bag and a little jumping rope. Then I went back to my HS basketball days and ran various suicides down this hallway...

    The various ways I did was, down and back.
    Down and back backwards.
    Sideways 'gallop' down and back
    Down and back, comming back switch sides 'defending'
    All these with a 5#DB

    Then I was walking by the stationary bike and I heard a sexy voice telling me to 'come here'
    This is what I saw on the readout...

    How can I ignore that? So, 15 mins and 3.47 miles later, my cardio session was over.

    I then did Nautilus ab machine
    90# 20,20,20
    Reverse ab crunches
    Leg lifts

    Feeling better every day I'm in the gym!

  3. I am starting to notice some increased aggression. I was playing MarioKart on the Wii and I really noticed it when I kept getting hit with turtle shells when I was in first place...hahahaha

  6. Feeling great today! Shoulders worked out this morning
    Standing Military Press: 45x10 65x10 75x10 85x6
    DB Lateral Raises: 20x10,10 25x8,8
    Arnold Press: 30x10,10 35x10 40x8
    E-Z Bar Front Delt Raises: 10s on each side x 10,10,10

    Pretty decent shoulder workout. Definately excited for this to really kick in. I do have some DOMS in my chest and tris today but I expected that.

  8. Keeping my diet in check
    Breakfast: 3 boiled eggs
    Mid-Morning Snack: Greek yogurt & fruit
    Lunch: can of tuna, broccoli, and ON protein w/skim milk
    Mid-Afternoon Snack: PROnom 23 protein and greek yogurt & fruit
    Dinner: whatever wife and I decide on - past 2 nights have been a bowl of pintos

    Probably good you didn't imo. Best to give legs thier own day! Their a very large muscle group and takes a lot out of your body trying to hit legs and any other major muscle group.

  11. Well I picked up the scales that also measure, BF, hydration levels and BMI. Here's my results
    Weight - 212.4
    BF - 25.8% (got alot of work to do on that)
    Hydration - 54.1%
    BMI - 27.2

    I have definately found my motivation. I'm going to set, small yet obtainable goals. First is getting under 20% BF then 5% lower each goal.

    BACK
    Low Row: 100x10 105x10 110x10 115x10
    Hammer Strength Iso-Lat Pulldown: 45x10,10 (alternating grips) 45/10x10,10 (alternating grips)
    1 Arm DB Rows: 50x10 55x10 60x10

    BICEPS
    Barbell Curls: 70x10 80x8 90x5 these sets were controlled TUT reps
    Spider DB Curls: 20x10 25x10 30x8
    Seated Hammer Curls: 30x10 35x10 40x10
    Machine Preacher Curls: 80x7 90x5

    Awesome workout this morning especially my bicep workout!!! Feeling great

    10 mins on treadmill 5% incline/4.5speed
    10 mins on bike
    Punched heavy bag a bit
    Incline Sit ups - 20 reps
    Ball Crunches - 20 Reps
    Flat Bench Leg Pull-Ins - 20 Reps
    Did 3 sets of this circuit

    At work, I helped out with a bag change. If any of you have worked in an industrial environment and have seen a bag house (Filter house) you know what I'mm talking about. 476 bags, lots of bending over, pulling the cages out so the bags can fall, putting the new bags in. Plus there were 2 ladders to climb. One was about 20 ft and the other was close to 40 ft. Climbed up and down those 4 times. Needless to say that today I had a definite full body workout. I'm beat, yet I feel good!!!

  28. Woke up this morning feeling pretty sore everywhere from the bagchange yesterday so I'm gonna take today off and go back to it in the morning and blow up chest and triceps!!!

  29. Just had a question for you Cary, i know you are sticking with the 1.5ml 4 times a day, just wondering how far apart are you taking your doses,and how crucial is the timing when running the 17?

    I try and stick to the same dosing schedule....
    1. Pre-workout or upon waking if I'm not working out
    2. Between 10-11am
    3. Between 2-3pm
    4. Between 6-7pm

    Not sure how critical the timing is, maybe an LG rep can chime in on that
