Ok gonna keep it short and sweet. Got a chance to log Formutech's Lean EFX Refined.

Going to be running a four (4) week log of the product. Just came off a two week battle with sinus infection and flu. It's been a late jump on the log.

Start Date: 12/24
Start Weight: 191lbs
Height: 5' 9"
BF%: 12-13%

Goals: Cut body fat to somewhere in the 8-10% and around 182-185lbs.

Training: DTP training. 4 days of training and 3 days of cardio.

Been on and off this week getting back into the gym because I'm finally getting over this illness. Haven't updated because it wouldn't be much to update on being that I haven't been in the gym. Been taking 1 pill in the AM upon waking and 1 pill in the afternoon around 4pm each day.

The thing I've noticed all week has been the energy kick and the appetite suppression. I have been eating breakfast, lunch consists I only a protein shake, and dinner has been cut in portion size dramatically. I also don't eat after 9pm usually but it's difficult and this product has cut the urges and sweet urges down dramatically. I'm working tomorrow and will be back in the gym and back on track Monday morning.

There's something going around my wife has had it for over two weeks. Doc didnt prescribe antibiotics, just painkiller and cough syrup. I really think this dude is a quack though. He is very holistic, surprised he gave pain killer at all.

Thanks man. Appreciate the vote of confidence. Hoping to lean up the lower abs and obliques cause their my problem areas. Trying to maintain as much muscle as possible and blast thru some excess fat! The appetite suppression is strong as hell with this stuff. Loving it! Tree trunk legs from 16 years of ice hockey and some pro baseball has helped my weight lol!! That's where the majority of that 191lbs is sitting. Until I broke my ankle in June I was squatting 405 for 3reps max.

Thanks brotha. Felt real dialed in last night. Using it pwo was awesome jolt to the workout. Give it a shot sometime I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Cardio day. First dose was 10am and second was 4:30pm. Did elliptical interval training. Level 6 cruise for 2:00 and level 16 sprint for 1:00 for a 20 minute session. Got a nice 20 minute stretch in and felt good walking outta the gym today. Sweat like a bastard. Much more than usual. Felt that good energy lasting about 3-4 hours after each dose and tapering off. No crash at al even after the workout. That's all for today pretty boring.

Not boring, good stuff. My gym closed early so my head wasn't in it today. Tried to bang out a good workout but felt like I left too much on the table at the end. So tomorrow I will have to put the head phones in and kill some big weight.

Yea I hear u. The gym was rushing me out today too. Annoying as ****. But it is what it is. Tomorrow is kill it time. Do work man! Good to have you along for the ride!

Took today off. Had a night out in Manhattan with the girlfriend seeing a show. Got her tickets for Christmas so grabbed a show then had drinks and dinner at her restaurant on Park. Took today to recover from the leg day and do some shopping. Had to get some stuff for her birthday this weekend. Will be back at it tomorrow for an arm day after work before hitting one of her girlfriends 21st tomorrow night so gonna pump up the arms a bit and hit the bar lol. Real tool bag move but can't help myself lol

Nice update BP! Like the volume you do with your lifts. I've always lifted heavy first and then went high rep to Max out the pump, never really tried that high volume from the start.

Yea I hear you, I've always been a heavy and hard guy myself and then finished with a pump session especially on arms, but this style of training has proven itself and really has helped me in the past so I stuck with it for this run of the EFX. I feel like its a perfect combination for my goals

Now when reading through this you'll probably think wtf is this kids training style. But I really like to throw some serious confusion in as often as possible. As for effects, I piss like a damn race horse all day long, I sweat even when I'm not working out, and I'm feeling tight as hell. Even the girlfriend came over and was like commending me on my lower abs toning up. And my veins are much more pronounced in my hips as well as shoulders and arms. The product is really starting to tighten everything up all over my body.

Crushed this lift. Noticing serious definition of the delt muscle groups and separation. Haven't seen it like this since I was a scrawny little thing coming out of high school lol. Vascularity is continuing to increase. I'm sitting at 179lbs as of this morning. The appetite suppression on this product is very strong. I have to remind myself to eat and choke it down sometimes. It's really shining in that department. I've been tightening up all over as I've mentioned. Got those road maps from shoulders running all the way down into my hands. I'm a veiny guy to begin with, but damn this is wild. Loving the weight loss here, this has been exactly what I needed. Lower abs are getting some definition, nothing crazy but much more present than before. I still piss my brains out all day long but I like it, keep flushing the system. No complaints, no sides, which is a nice bonus. I don't get over stimmed and I feel a nice clean energy for couple of hours after dosing. It's nice to get that pick me up without jitters while I'm at work.

Final Review coming tomorrow! Sorry for the sporadic appearances lately. Been working crazy hours and fitting the gym in between that and interviews for few different places. Being a recent grad trying to find work is impossible I'm learning. Job market is awful. This degree isn't getting me anything but a nice loan payment every month lol!! *END RANT*

Ill have the review done tomorrow at some point!

Final Review coming tomorrow! Sorry for the sporadic appearances lately. Been working crazy hours and fitting the gym in between that and interviews for few different places. Being a recent grad trying to find work is impossible I'm learning. Job market is awful. This degree isn't getting me anything but a nice loan payment every month lol!! *END RANT*
