Crushed this lift. Noticing serious definition of the delt muscle groups and separation. Haven't seen it like this since I was a scrawny little thing coming out of high school lol. Vascularity is continuing to increase. I'm sitting at 179lbs as of this morning. The appetite suppression on this product is very strong. I have to remind myself to eat and choke it down sometimes. It's really shining in that department. I've been tightening up all over as I've mentioned. Got those road maps from shoulders running all the way down into my hands. I'm a veiny guy to begin with, but damn this is wild. Loving the weight loss here, this has been exactly what I needed. Lower abs are getting some definition, nothing crazy but much more present than before. I still piss my brains out all day long but I like it, keep flushing the system. No complaints, no sides, which is a nice bonus. I don't get over stimmed and I feel a nice clean energy for couple of hours after dosing. It's nice to get that pick me up without jitters while I'm at work.

Being a recent grad trying to find work is impossible I'm learning. Job market is awful. This degree isn't getting me anything but a nice loan payment every month lol!! *END RANT*

Ok ladies and gents, here's the final review.

Start Weight: 191lbs
Final Weight: 179lbs (-12)

Start BF: 12-13%
Final BF: 10.5%

Energy: So as you've seen throughout the log, the energy this product exudes is remarkable. It has the uncanny ability to hit you with enough of a jolt where you feel it and say "alright there it is!" and a nice pick me up, yet doesn't overstim you like alot of products I've tried in the past. When taken preworkout, it was noticeable throughout the lift, just seemed to have an energizer bunny mentality and kept plugging away. Obviously not designed to enhance strength, but its ability to give me that extra kick, really helped throughout my lifts. The best part of this energy complex was that it didn't give me any crash. This was truly helpful when at work because in the past, other fatburners have had that hard crash and absolutely killed me at work. Nice smooth energy and no crash, what more could you ask for.

Appetite Suppression: "Absolutely ridiculous" is the only thing I could say when my boys asked me how the appetite was on Lean EFX. I literally had to force and remind myself to eat. I would have a nice egg breakfast usually and constantly found myself forgetting to have lunch and having to choke down dinner. I am unsure what exactly is responsible in the ingredient profile, but other companies need to get on the band wagon because this product is serious. Couldn't ask for anything more in this department.

Thermo: Body heat was certainly increased. Sweat like an beast. Even when I was just doing daily activities or working, I was sweating like crazy. Found myself showering an extra time or two a day, honestly. My girlfriend even mentioned me sweating significantly more (embarrassing). During my lifts, forget about it. I was thoroughly soaked, and I generally sweat alot anyways because of my uptempo and short rest times, but this was noticeable while on Lean EFX.

Fat Burning: The weight loss and body fat loss says it all. The lower abs were slightly more pronounced which was a great boost of confidence and enough where the wifey even mentioned it ...in addition, I knew my body fat was dropping slightly because I was significantly more vascular. My shoulders and chest are a problem area for me usually, but by the time this was finished my chest definition and shoulder delt definition was very pronounced, in my eyes at least. Knowing my body as I do, they were significantly improved. Loved that aspect of it. The before and pictures show it, and to some it may not be much, but when I look at the pics, I see a dramatic improvement for me because I have a very tough time toning up the abs and further than where they were when I started.

Notes: Diuretic effect was very apparent. I was pumping water throughout the run as I always am, but I was hitting the bathroom at least three (3) more times a day. My coworkers asked me what was wrong with me or if I was an old man with a bad prostate. It was wild.

All in all, this product has proven its worth and the price is unbeatable for a product that truly works. It will be my go-to fatburner and I have already recommended it to a few friends. It was a great run and a huge thanks to the guys and reps of Formutech Nutrition.
